I love the location and the rooms very much. This was my second stay there
Pros:

Location is excellent as walking distance to Mustafa Shopping centre is very close.

Cons:

Steps from the front to the Lobby. Would be better if there is an escalator installed.

Rudest staff and worst service and unhygienic property

Cons:

Staff was very very rude and they were like you complain to GM we don’t care and GM didn’t come to meet on several times I asked. Attitude was we get groups so we don’t care if one or two customers coming again or not.

I reached the hotel at 1300hr and I got the room at 1630 even though I booked many months before and I informed them about my arrival time. I have been told by one staff that the room service has a pattern to clean the room and that’s why my rooms were not ready

Highly recommended. Good value for money.
Pros:

Room, location, food & cleanliness was top notch.
The staff did above and beyond when we request help when my child was little sick.
The staff at the lobby was also helpful with organizing a vehicle with excess baggage.

Overall property is good but staff service is very poor and we have repeatedly request for things in room and sometimes after repeated requests it also doesn’t comes and during the stay when they make up the rooms at noon , that is done in very poor way
No new glasses , no new coffee or tea bags . Not proper cleaning of room
