Pleasant and comfortable stay and cooperative staff. Rooms were comfortable with a good view, nice pool. Exceptional staff especially Miss Rachell. Food was good too. Nice location for vegetarians

Unprepared and rude staff
Pros:

Facilities such as pool area and gym were very clean and well equippe. Rooms had a very good size and comfortable bed

Cons:

Staff were extremely rude and unprepared to the point i was mistreated in the reception. During my whole stay the room was not cleaned in the morning or in the afternoon, even though housekeeping was cleaning the rooms next to me. I was told the rooms after checkout had priority. Conclusion: they will clean the rooms only when you check out. After asking the reception for help, the answer was "You chose to stay in our hotel and that is how it works".

Above and Beyond: Thank You, Sheryll!
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of three, with our friend and their child also at the hotel. Sheryll was amazing from start to finish. She arranged for our rooms to be close together, organised a late check-out due to our late flight, and went above and beyond by personally buying milk for our child when the restaurant (separate to Hotel) couldn’t provide it.

Sheryll’s professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay memorable. She is a true asset to the hotel, and we are incredibly grateful for her exceptional service that truly made a difference.
