The stay was OK.
Pros:

good location. Hotel situated near city square mall.

Cons:

Room cleaning service was poor, potter luggage service was not efficient and hotel staffs' not friendly. Buffet breakfast was not much of variety.

The location was good. Close to the mall which you can get to the MRT from.

Cons:

Didn't like how I needed to request housekeeping to make the room. There wasn't enough tissue and toilet paper for 3 people.

Too crowdy in the common areas e.g., lobby, restaurant. Guests were speaking too loud in common areas and the number of elevators is not sufficient to accommodate the guest volume.

Will stay there next time too
Pros:

Room was vrey comfortable, lreception was efficient and welcoming, ocation was excellent for restaurants in Little India, huge mall opposite the hotel for everything else. We got our booking date wrong and the hotel kindly changed our booking at the last minute, which they had no obligation to do.

Cons:

Some more seating in the reception area - the reception was very efficient but we had to wait for a taxi at times and it would have been nice to be able to sit down

A cockroach fell from the bathroom ceiling
The lobby staff were rude and incompetent
The waiting area at the lobby seemed like a hospital reception
There were luggages all over the lobby
They kicked us out of the restaurant and they were aggressive
The bedroom is too small and not ventilated
The location is horrible
The price is excessive for the quality
It’s a 3 star hotel at max
The event area (3rd floor) is poor and badly organized and decorated, it’s a dark place

The only thing that worked was the room service
