Pros:

Stayed there before- love the location and facilities the hotel provides.

Cons:

Serving 'plastic' plates at breakfast and not the proper ones. Saw a few Singapore Airlines knifes being used in the jam jar- didnt know there was a partnership between the 2.

It was very close to most of the places specially if you want to do shopping.

Cons:

It was dusty under the bed. I don't think it has been cleaned recently. Even the exhaust vent in the washroom was full of dust. You can just see it from the shower. IMO the hotel from the outside looks clean but theres dust every where.

Pros:

I had sent an email stating that our departing flight was late in the evening and if possible could we have a few extra hours in checking out.
Thank you we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were delighted to have had that extra rest.
