Very good place to stay
Pros:

Man at front desk was fabulous! I believe his name was Pete. He was so kind and funny. When handing you your room keys he did not state the room number which is something I watch for. He was great at offering restaurants as well. We will stay again.

Cons:

Lady when checking out could have been more upbeat, like hope you enjoyed your stay with us.

Pros:

Our first visit to area , great customer service, great location. Very welcoming as soon as we arrived. Manager was present and made the time to welcome and ask if we needed anything. Was very helpful when we were checking out when we asked about directions to re visit a area we seen day before. Hotel room was clean . Close to all attractions.. breakfast was very good good selection

Short and Sweet
Pros:

It was super close the the Amphitheater and it’s very clean. The staff were very nice and the room was super clean. We slept in and didn’t go to the breakfast or the pool.

Cons:

It’s not really our normal vibe since we tend to book boutique hotels, but this was good enough.

Weware of rooms facing the street
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable rooms. However, the windows barely provide any sound insulation, and you can hear a lot of traffic noise. Make sure your room isn't facing the street, or you won't be able to sleep.

Cons:

We booked months in advance and requested a quiet room away from noise. Despite this, they gave us a room facing the street, where the traffic noise was very loud. I had to insist on being moved to another room the following day. The staff in charge of assigning rooms ignores guests' needs.

Very clean and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, giving us useful advice and tips for our stay. Breakfast was good.

Pros:

Very well located, my daughter went to a concert in the amphitheater and the hotel is pretty close to it. I asked for connected rooms and they gave it to me also provided the parking for our cars. Good breakfast.
