The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, giving us useful advice and tips for our stay. Breakfast was good.
The only downside was the noise, both from other rooms and from the street
Very well located, my daughter went to a concert in the amphitheater and the hotel is pretty close to it. I asked for connected rooms and they gave it to me also provided the parking for our cars. Good breakfast.

The good thing was that check-in was quick. Unfortunately the desk clerk was not overly friendly and did bare minimum check-in. The location was fine but definitely a drive or Lyft ride to downtown where you’ll pay for parking again (parking is an additional $10 per night at the hotel). If you’re hoping to get some sleep here, it’s probably not going to happen. The room has a motion light that lights up the entire room every time you roll over in bed and a smoke detector beeped every 12 seconds all night long. The walls are obviously thin as I could hear the neighboring TV all night long and once breakfast and checkout started, we could hear every word being said in the hallway and kids screaming.
The hotel was obviously pretty new. The rooms were spacious with wood floors, good ac and comfortable beds. There was no tub, which I liked. Best of all, there was a big fancy coffee machine centrally located with fresh coffee available 24 hrs. No need to make your own in your room. And, very important to me-the rooms can be made very dark.
The hot breakfast was adequate with a cool pancake machine.
They had a pool and jacuzzi.
They had no snack vending machine but sold some snacks from the front office-selection pretty limited.
Also, the only ice machine was on the 2nd floor, so getting ice was a trek.
But these drawbacks are relatively minor.

The 10.00 a day they charge for parking vehicle on premises. I feel like if you paying for room no fee for a parking spot should be charged!
It was very close to downtown-many things we did were easily within walking distance. Staff was polite and friendly
The only thing that I didn’t love was the $10 per night parking fee. This was not shown on the booking site. In the future, any parking fees should be included in the description of the property so people can make more informed choices.
