​A wonderful, comfortable stay made perfect by an amazing team
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable overall, and we had a seamless stay, but the true highlight was the exceptional kindness and attentiveness of the team. Dianne at the front desk was genuinely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Her warm, sincere communication made us feel truly cared for. She kindly accepted and stored our pre-ordered packages before our arrival, and quickly resolved any small room requests we had. All the staff members we encountered were equally welcoming and friendly. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant!

Everything was great, we had no complaints.

Stay was SO HORRIBLE that we didn’t stay the 3rd night!!! The name “Hilton” should be removed!!!

Cons:

Pet rooms not maintained. First room TV did not work. Second room curtains torn down, one bed was so lopsided that you would roll into the nightstand, no soap, limited towels/wash cloths (towels were not made of quality material), toilet paper holder broken and sink had no stopper!!! Neither room had been visited by Housekeeping in quite some time!!!

Nice clean rooms that are budget friendly...
Pros:

Great location with many restaurant choices close by and the price fit in with our budget very well!

Cons:

I got startled out of my sleep..... Our check out time was not until 12:00pm but yet the maid started banging on the door around 9:30am saying maid at the same time as she was using her key card just to come on in, but thank goodness I remembered to put the latch out.
