Horrible walk in look vacant we had roaches in our room and it’s was a suite I want refund but the ppl that was there didn’t know how to give refund being thought the computer was working

Booked this place thru booking company for cheer meet at convention center. Went to room no phone ,tv didn’t work and a couple minutes in room my 11 year old granddaughter saw a bug. Her mom killed it and then pulled out nightstand bug was on and roaches everywhere. Granddaughter was tramitized by experience she just stood and screamed. I told her to grab her bag and cheer bag we are leaving. Roaches at door and she won’t move. Finally went to desk told man we couldn’t stay there. He said he can’t refund money because we booked thru booking company . Tried calling about ten times won’t let you but in codes or connect you . Gave up and stayed at hyett. Worse experience and yet to get money back. We were in room five minutes. . Someone needs to refund my money .
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Roaches were found in the dresser in the room. Aldo is under renovation and that was not disclosed.
This please is terrible. Horrible condition. And infested with roaches! Neither the owner nor Expedia should be proud of this place!
Saw 3 bugs throughout my room within my first couple of minutes there.
The carpets were dirty, the bugs in the room and the non communication on both the status of the hotel and rooms and the fact that the shuttle didn’t operate to pick us up on or return trip leaving us at the airport waiting on an Uber.

The property seems to under some kind of renovation. It was dirty and there were roaches in the rooms we had reserved.
They were in the process of an update. The room wasn't equipped with a chair, we couldn't close the shower door properly. We also got keys for am occupied room upon arrival. My 13yo opened the door to see someone in the room. We got another room, however, it was treated as no nig deal, when it voild hsve been catastrophic. Overall, i hope the facility and service are all upgraded during this removation.
I saw to baby roaches. I woke up itching and told the front desk about my experience. I was not able to switch rooms because of renovations being done to the hotel.
it’s was the worst nigh, the room was dirty so nasty, some cockroach in the room, the carpet was so dirty. The hotel was under construction and around 7:30am or 8am was a big noise because the construction but was the room next to us. and the breakfast jus waffles and bread No eggs no nothing
There were roaches in all 3 rooms I was put in… one room after another infested. The property should not even be open right now as they’re doing construction and have 3 entire floors closed off. This place was so unsafe you’d be better off sleeping in your car.

When you book they don't tell you that the shuttle does not run on the weekends, and that maybe it won't be available till after 5am some mornings if the person isn't late. I tried calling the manager but she never answered or returned any of my calls or emails. I had to book at another hotel if I wanted to catch my 6am flight the next day. Poor management skills. COVID has decimated the working pool till you are left with the barest minimal employees. Shame on you for poor customer service skills.

I stayed in room 303 and my niece was bite throughout the night.. went downstairs to complain and the front desk lady only response was "sorry to hear that"... my niece checked out at 3am but I stayed because my bed was ok. Also, around 7am house keeping knocked, then proceeded to just open my door with her keycard, and said this room is suppose to be empty.. i was like no, I check out at 11am on the September 29th. checked out at 11am..
