Localização, pequeno almoço, comodidade dos quartos e tranquilidade.
Atendimento no bar e falta de simpatia no acolhimento na receção.

Diria que são aspectos a melhorar. O booking deve ter uma opção para nós preenchermos quando levamos animais de estimação. O hotel informou que o pequeno almoço é servido até às 10 e às 9H57M a porta da sala já estava fechada.
Sem dúvida a gerente é o ponto mais negativo desse hotel ,uma pessoa extremamente arrogante e mal educada ,para n falar da falta de cooperação para resolver contratempos , já tinha tido essa informação da mesma antes de fazer a minha reserva e deveria mesmo ter dado ouvidos .

La ubicación.
Los baños tenían moho en las juntas de la bañera, la tapa de la taza del WC floja, no tenía enchufes para cargar los dispositivos en la mesilla de noche y los colchones bastante malos. Creo que para las 4 estrellas necesita una actualización!!!
