The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The staff was helpful and attentive

Cons:

The freezer in the mini fridge units did not work. We wanted to keep our ice packs Frozen so we could have cold drinks on the job site the next day as we were staying there for a construction contract.

The room smelled slightly of mildew, like something was wet but it was tolerable.

The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable, the check-in was quick and easy, and I was given the option of which floor my room would be. We didn't use it, but the pool looked great! Oh, the location was perfect... close to all the action and 2 - 3 minutes off I-85.

Cons:

The air conditioner did cool the room (103) nicely on a hot summer day, but it didn't dehumidify. My wife laid her shirt over the chair in the room while we were out for a few hours. When we returned, her shirt felt damp and you could feel the humidity in the room despite it being cool. Also, the 1st floor doors at the end of the hallways didn't lock at night. Anyone could have walked in without a card.

Breakfast was very good! The person managing the dining room kept everything clean and stocked, eggs and sausage were delicious!

Cons:

The bathroom was small and outdated. The carpet was dirty and wet by the fridge area.

Close to shopping center, which was our reason for stopping in Charlotte.

Cons:

Room was definitely needing a little upkeep. Light bulbs missing, carpets worn. Just a little dowdy.

Clean but aggravating

Employees were great. Food was good.

Cons:

Our toilet didn't work good and was clogged when we got there. Went to service desk because phone didn't work. They handed me a plunger. Cleared the clog. Went to give plunger back to cleaning lady and she said to keep it and that she reported it when she cleaned it a few hours earlier. Left for concert and found toilet leaking so we piled towels in front of it and went to sleep. Also need more waffle makers. 1 is not enough for full house.
