Would not stay again.
Pros:

Staff were nice enough at check in and check out. Nothing else to like. Wasn't there that long.

Cons:

Bathroom fan released brown crusty stuff. Bed was not very comfortable. Parking lot looked like a construction site. Shower wasn't great. Breakfast was poor.

It was adequate for the time we were there but I wouldn't rate it very high.
Pros:

Breakfast was sparse--no juice, no protein, no fruit. Coffee, bread,, mini bagels, I think you could make a waffle. I grabbed 2 small wrapped cinnamon roll and left. Air conditioner worked well. Room was restocked with towels and bed made.

Cons:

See breakfast. shower head looked like it hadnt been touched in years. Needed the vinegar in a plastic bag trick. Shower was small, floor was slick. There was a grab bar to use when you started to slip. Not much room to place shower items.

I've often stayed here, and will continue to do so when I'm in the area.
Pros:

No problems with wi-fi. Good desk space. Good lighting throughout room: for working at desk, for reading in bed, and in general. Comfortable bed: firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. Good flow from shower head, and it's high enough for this six-footer. No problems with noise.

Cons:

No complaints. Place is undergoing renovation, so there were construction supplies in the hall and workers moving about, but they didn't disturb at all.

Unpleasant stay. Will not return
Pros:

It was the only hotel in the area and close to my area of destination.

Cons:

It was dirty, out dated, and smoky. I requested a nonsmoking room but the smells caused an asthma atrack by my 2nd afternoon. The breakfast was sorely lacking. Cold cereal, stale bagels, package oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, or waffle maker were the only options. Coffee was undrinkable and OJ was only other drink choice. No fruit, yogurt, fresh milk etc.
