I've often stayed here, and will continue to do so when I'm in the area.
Pros:

No problems with wi-fi. Good desk space. Good lighting throughout room: for working at desk, for reading in bed, and in general. Comfortable bed: firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. Good flow from shower head, and it's high enough for this six-footer. No problems with noise.

Cons:

No complaints. Place is undergoing renovation, so there were construction supplies in the hall and workers moving about, but they didn't disturb at all.

Unpleasant stay. Will not return
Pros:

It was the only hotel in the area and close to my area of destination.

Cons:

It was dirty, out dated, and smoky. I requested a nonsmoking room but the smells caused an asthma atrack by my 2nd afternoon. The breakfast was sorely lacking. Cold cereal, stale bagels, package oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, or waffle maker were the only options. Coffee was undrinkable and OJ was only other drink choice. No fruit, yogurt, fresh milk etc.

Lack of general maintenance; old furniture covered, but stacked in driveway; stained grout and rust in the shower; woodwork chipped; breakfast was meager;

I know hot water situation was temporary. Location is good, I will probably be back
Pros:

Location was good for my plans. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no hot water. Curtain didn't close all the way, I faced the parking lot and street light came thru the window. Breakfast selection is very limited. No decaf coffee and only powdered creamer.

Not good
Cons:

Toilet would only flush after two or three tries, Air Conditioner would not cool to the temperature set, found some bugs, when we entered the room, shower door would not close, shower head was corroded and appearance of mold and rust.
Carpets throughout our room and hotel decades old and dirty, Mattress uncomfortable. Front desk not manned all the time.
No quality breakfast, i.e. eggs sausage, yogurt, etc.
Room service folks were good however and changed linen and towels and made bed.
