The amenities were fine

Cons:

It has been almost one month since you took a $100 deposit for my stay. I am still waiting for it. Every day I look in my Cash App and it says “pending.” When I’ve called about it all y’all tell me is some crap about how it can take up to 30 days and that’s just crap because I’ve gotten it in as little as four days before. I want my money back. 30 days is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable and every time somebody ask me for a recommendation of motel, I tell them this story and tell them not to go to your place.

Cheap, let's you stay with an animal, rough area
Pros:

Price and i was able to take my dog!

Cons:

The toilet rocked, there was an outlet that was burnt right by the door, there was ants in the room, the AC didnt ever cook the room off, the shower head is leaking bad, elevator was going to breakdown, stayed in 306

I would stay here again for a very short trip, but for multiple days, I would stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and fresh. The location was perfect for what we needed. The tv was big and easy to use. The parking lot was easy to see from our room.

Cons:

The pool was cloudy, and the room the pool was in was so hot and humid. The hotel and our room smelled like urine. The door handle to the room was shaky and loose but it did work just fine. The bathroom was very small. The AC in our room did not change temperature or fan speed. Luckily, I brought my own fan to help cool the room down.

Unsafe room that we won't stay in again.
Pros:

The location seems unsafe. At midnight in the adjoining parking lot a truck's loud engine was running and somebody working on a motorcycle.

Cons:

A broken electrical outlet in the bathroom. The shower's floor has a sunken area that was very slippery due to the soap that didn't get cleaned out. I didn't ask for a handicap room.
Also, on my browser I input "Hotels.com" and this "Booking.com" was listed as my usual Hotels.com. It won't happen again.

I’m sorry to say.. not one thing.

Cons:

I’m not quite sure where to start we booked two days with my granddaughters. The hot tub was broken. The pool was completely green not a single guest was in the pool. The entire time I stayed there the kitchen was dirty. The breakfast was awful. The staff did not care the toilet paper holder in our room was literally coming out of the wall you could not shut the bathroom door in 307 and the ceiling on the third floor is caving in.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a waffle maker. The hotel was clean and clearly frequented by construction crews who know they will be staying at a safe, clean, and economical hotel. We would stay here again.
