Needs some TLC
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Free coffee in lobby 24/7. Good hot water & pressure. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The carpet is dirty and worn, furnishings are worn out, the shower door was off hinges and leaked, the toilet is very low and rocked. The ceilings in the hallways have leaked and started to mold. Tv randomly went dark. Fire alarms went off a few times. Our smoke alarm had plastic over it. No way this is up to code. The hotel needs renovations badly. We didn’t try breakfast or the pool. We wouldn’t choose to stay again.

It was awful, breakfast was nothing special, biscuits tasted sour and the rooms were filthy.
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location and breakfast was cereal, fruit, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, and they had a waffle maker.

Cons:

We were supposed to be able to check in at 3 but didn't arrive until 5 at which time they were still cleaning our room which was ready shortly after. It smelled like vomit. There was actual chinks of vomit on the floor. We also found half of a pill behind the head board. Management has done nothing and not contacted us back.

Good experience in a fine place!
Pros:

The rooms were remarkably (!) quiet. I could not hear anything from my neighbours on either side. The beds and linens were vey comfortable.
The staff were friendly and most helpful.
There is a nice coffee bar (small) in between the lobby and dining room. Coffee good! Good dark roast!

Cons:

There is only one elevator—-on the slower side…

It was okay.
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Dirty floors in lobby and stairwell. The original room, bed was not fully made and it had a fishy smell like it was coming from the AC. Room replacement had mold in corners of the wall and above bathroom door along with stains on walls. The shower door was also broken and the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked. Staff were decent, house keeping was clearly not up to par.

Nice but not very kid friendly.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable! And staff was nice

Cons:

They don’t seem to be a full on kid friendly place we were almost kicked out of first night because our kids were excited and they had just got out of a 4 hour car ride and we were trying to clam them down but the were energized and we were trying to go pick up dinner. But that’s the only thing could be more kid friendly…
