I didn't like that. It said it had a hot tub. There was no hot tub. Literally one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It was a hot tub. The breakfast was horrible absolutely horrible. I didn't receive myself or my children a rag the whole weekend they kept saying they didn't have any. It was six people in my room. They knew cause I put it on my reservation. It was only 2 rags terrible stay would never stay here

The pic was a bit deceiving but it was a decent hotel and clean. Overall the hotel was ok.

Cons:

Ice machines were not working during my stay. Had asked for extra blankets when I checked in and after I left to go eat and spend time with friends I came back and had to request extra blankets again as there were 3 of us. Person who came on after first person who checked us in left was the one who brought us blankets. Breakfast could be better if it was kept warm.

There's no Hyatt in this Place
Pros:

The elevators were filthy with spills on the floors and walls -- nobody cleaned them throughout my stay. The bed in my room was so old and worn that it caused my back to spasm uncontrollably both nights. When there was no hot water in the shower, the front desk told me to run the water for 15-20 minutes for it to come! One of the AC units in my room was inoperable. There was a cigarette burn hole in the sofa. The drain in my sink was clogged, but was cleared by housekeeping. The gym was missing lots of weights. If these things are ok with you, then sure...go ahead and stay here.
