An excellent hotel with exemplary staff

An exceptional hotel, where all the staff are welcoming and professional and everything is exactly how you would want it to be. The reception staff, in particular, are exemplary.

Cons:

Couldnt control the room temperature. Had to open the window to get sufficient ventilation. Was not able to get a comfortable sleep due to lack of air-conditioning in the room.

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It's a lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Kanazawa. All the sights are within walking distance of the hotel. It is situated in the quiet Samurai area with lots of small restaurants close by.
The rooms are a good size and the staff were very helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast catering for all tastes.
Can thoroughly recommend this hotel.
