Kind but grungy
Pros:

Staff were nice, so very kind! Desk gal and the breakfast lady, they were so helpful.

Cons:

Walls in room were dirty, like gross!! We found trash and coins behind the entertainment center. Bathroom was small, and we chose this specific room because we wanted a bath tub, so we were very disappointed.

Cons:

Noisy from the I5 and we had a flood light directly outside our window and the curtains were not adequate to shield the brightness.

Cons:

Отель выглядит старым. Были очень грязные шторы в номере (можно распознать много отпечаток пальцев)
Нет микроволновой печи в зоне завтрака.

Decent but some areas lacking
Pros:

Presentable exterior, front entry and rooms, towels clean and staff available to help. Breakfast was quite good

Cons:

The building felt a bit old in some areas, pool area was a bit run down, lots of green buildup on windows and pool temperature was really cold. Mattress on pull out couch had a stain, no mattress cover or bedding but was available when requested.

My family and I had a great stay there!
Pros:

Hot breakfast was very good, small dining area but clean up staff was on top of their game!! Excellent stay! Beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size to spread out.

Cons:

Sofa pull out was too uncomfortable , even for the kids.
Pool was being maintained/fixed for many hours one day, the staff was good about all the families with kids wanting to get in, but I do like if pools will be out of order on specific days, it’s listed on the website so you know ahead of time. (You can’t help if something isn’t working though:)

The room was large.

Cons:

The floor had pet hair all over it. The lighting was very dim. The bathroom was not great. The handle on the shower fell off. The pool was too cold. The breakfast was lacking.

A big disappointment.
Pros:

Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We intended to go swimming both nights. However, the swimming pool water was freezing cold and the hot tub was barley warm. The water jets in the hot tub were shooting water straight up in the air like a volcano. So we checked out after one night. the person at the desk said she would "fix" the heat in the pool. We came back the second night to check the pool, it was still freezing cold so we went to a different hotel.
