Ok for one night as a stop on the way to our destination.
Pros:

Rooms and hotel were clean. The front desk help was very nice. Ice machines were broken but he would fill our ice bucket if asked.

Cons:

The location did not feel safe after dark. It’s a quiet area but there were people walking around at night on the dark street, one was searching through the hotel garbage bin. Pool water was very cold.

Sink full of pee and poo. Room filthy. Manager did not give refund.

Hotel was filthy. Room was dirty. Sink was full of pee and poo. Staff tried to fix the sink. Splashed water everywhere and just wiped off counter with a washcloth. No disinfectant. Could not get sink working. No room to switch us to. I have an infant and three other kids. there was no way to wash bottles or my breast pump. Submitted for a refund and manager did not give me one.

Pleasant staff, but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The one bright spot was staff. Surprisingly they were all friendly and as helpful as possible. Frankly I’m surprised they stay.

Cons:

Tired, worn and smelly property. ADA room was literally as far from the elevator as possible. Beds were small. A smashed bug was obvious on the wall in the room. The most offensive thing was that the toilet was not raised! This makes a transfer from a wheelchair difficult and painful. Shame on the owners and management of this property!

Everything. room dirty shower slippery I almost fell and no grab bars. dining room very small customers couldn't get by others to get food. Food was not kept warm. Area dirty with smeared butter on floor that I told them about. Health inspections would shut them down

Pros:

The amenities were wonderful. Loved it had a pool. Perfect location with access to major stores and to freeway.

Cons:

I asked for handicap room. Didn't. Get it. I also needed 1 bed and had to pay for a 2 bed room. The tv glitched the whole time.
