Pros:

Front desk area was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is within walking distance to seveal food and shopping opportunities. It is a great location for the cost when you are traveling on a budget, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We got a smoking room, so we asked to switch, which they did. We asked for 1st floor, but they said when you book online you have to take 2nd floor. We did get the only handicapped space, thank goodness) the room had no light outside it and it was in an alcove, so we used our flashlight on phone to get to door. No hot water

Pros:

Door locks did not work ,had to walk all the way back to office , they came down and still could not get in . So we had to wait , and wait . We are disabled and we had already started to unload and they wanted to move us, but finally got door open.
