The beds and pillows were the best I have ever had.
The room was nice and clean, modern but lacked atmosphere.
Super friendly staff; clean rooms with comfy beds; clean hall and entrance lobby; decent continental breakfast; inexpensive stay, convenient location; a cool, clean, well equipped gym.
The pool was too shallow for an adult to swim conformably, hot tub seemed a bit musty smelling when we'd start the bubbles - the pool area was a bit too warm for my liking.- But... the pool was good for children.
The bed was great and the shower was great. The swimming pool in hot tub needs some work. Our room seems to have been refurbished, but the wood flooring seemed to click as we walked along. The toilet was not properly adhered to the floor. The fan did not work. It was very hard to get a person at the front desk except when we checked in. We waited at the front counter and finally picked up the phone at the front counter and dialled for the front desk. Somebody finally came from behind the wall.

Hit tub and pool. Very clean. Excellent breakfast.

It’s a beautiful and a spacious room.
Washroom vacuum fan was not working, cleaned carpet well to remove the smell, having smart tvs will be a great idea
The breakfast was really good, except if you had dietary restrictions you were limited. Pool was great, just very humid inside, which is to be understood but it was great that the sliding doors could be open and one could sit on the patio in the cool but still be able to watch kids in the pool. The location is very central, so great everything is just a few minutes away and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
My personal issue, because I have dietary restrictions breakfast was limited for me. I understand though you cannot accommodate everyone.
