Poor customer service I got charged twice. I had told the gentleman that I already paid online. He made me pay again said that it was only a hold I have now 2 charges on my card I called to dispute they hung up on me

I paid for the booking and everything when I went to check in they couldn’t find my reservation with my confirmation number or anything and I was charged so I couldn’t check in had to ask for a refund

The property was dirty, the mirror was dirty, the bedding had cigarette burns, it was wasn’t clean at all. & it also smelled like cigarettes. Honestly this was the first time we expierenced a Motel 6 to be super dirty & smelling of cigarettes. We requested a non cigarette room, but the smell was so strong. They definitely need to update these hotels and make sure they are cleaned for guess to walk in. The mirror was all dusty and with water marks, floor all dirty not even sweeped right. We didn’t sleep all that great. But at least it took us out of the rain for the night.
