Friendly and clean
Clean, quiet, mostly as advertised though there was some confusion as to whether breakfast was included (third party may have been to blame for misinformation).
Staff that we dealt with both in motel and restaurant were friendly and helpful.
Amenities like soap/shampoo/glasses/ coffee /tea were a bit lacking though more would probably have been available if we had asked.
Price was ok but not exceptional.
This place has great facilities and well located in Simcoe, BUT ...
The rooms were damp. Dry items put out became damp. The air conditioning was run at all times and we ran the bathroom fan continuously during our stay. Hotel staff shrugged their shoulders when told - nothing could be done about it. We travel a lot - this is the dampest place we have ever stayed.
Staffs were excellent and ready to assist. Very decent location too, accessible to most conveniences you’ll be needing.
Would be nice to have an elevator because I stayed on the upper floors and had lots of luggages.

The bed was way too soft! Very difficult to move in the bed. The bathroom taps were tricky - opposite to what we're used to.
