Pros:

The pool was amazing & more than expected. Fridge and microwave clean, good beds and clean bathroom. Hotel over was clean in all areas and the restaurant attached was an amazing breakfast and atmosphere

Cons:

Only issue was the tv would not hook up to wifi so it was useless and they didn’t have cable just streaming that you have to log into with your own accounts. Room was clean but didn’t have a chair or couch.
For a 2 bed room you expect a sitting place.

Modernized the bathroom but low toilets. Nice sitting area.

The sound from the floor above and in the hallway carried into the room at night. Noisy.

Comfy and quiet but not fully cleaned found unopened beer cans in the room and random pills beside the microwave

Pros:

Hotel was quiet so able to sleep comfortably, staff very friendly. Appreciated the room near ice and vending machines. Hallway and rooms had a plesant smell.

Ok accommodations internal policy for housekeeping not good
Pros:

Location was great and lots of parking

Cons:

Did not like we had to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance With the price of a room it would happen automatically We were guests not long term tenants

I need a copy of my receipt emailed to me when using Booking.com without me having to go search.

well worth the trip, people are very considerate & politeful which we don't experence here in niagar
Pros:

we had dinner at the restrant and was fablous staff was very friendly and pleaseing

Cons:

we didn;t like that we were soclose to the entrance door, it was very loud with people coming & going all the time there was a few times that it felt like they were opening our door, thats the only complaint we had

Great alternative for Long Point or Port Dover.
Pros:

Nice pool, big rooms. Reasonably close to Port Dover, Long Point and supermarkets.

Cons:

The sauna was broken (barely hot).
The vending machines only accept coins (not even bills!)
It’s technically independent from the hotel, but the restaurant inside it, it’s very slow to serve. Avoid if you’re in a rush or you just don’t want to spend an hour + having breakfast.

Clean, quiet, mostly as advertised though there was some confusion as to whether breakfast was included (third party may have been to blame for misinformation).
Staff that we dealt with both in motel and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Amenities like soap/shampoo/glasses/ coffee /tea were a bit lacking though more would probably have been available if we had asked.
Price was ok but not exceptional.
