The place was clean, its in a safe area, and the staff was super helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The biscuits were soft and the breakfast was always hot and on time. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They provided additional towels for pool use.

Cons:

The pool was smaller than expected and had too much chlorine. The waffles weren't available 2 of the days we were there , and tasted strange the one day they were.

Overall the hotel was okay for the price and was in a decent location
Pros:

Staff was friendly. There was always coffee available and breakfast was decent. The pool was clean and perfect temperature

Cons:

The beds were lumpy and hard. The hallway smelled strong of marijuana and we could smell it in our room. The hotel itself could use some updates and improvements. There was only one washer and dryer that was in constant use and we got locked out of our room before checkout but the workers opened the door for us to be able to get our stuff

My stay was good. It was only 1 night. I got some shopping done and went to river street.
Pros:

Easy accessibility to restaurants and shopping and 10-15 min to River Street.

Cons:

The pool needed cleaning

Fix the inside, the outside looks good. And fix your breakfast too
Pros:

Location was good, close to major stuff.

Cons:

The leak on the AC
The shower head was damaged and leaks
The beds and pull out sofa needs replacing ( there’s mold growing on the beds)
The towels were over used.
Hall way carpets needs replcing

Hotel is dirty, but the location is very good.
Pros:

Location is great! Nice shower good room space.

Cons:

The carpet is not clean and has a bad odor. The elevator and pretty much the entire hotel needs a deep cleaning. Also, my room received an upgrade, but the host didn’t want to honor it as advertised.

GREAT property, but bad outside people with negative intentions.
Pros:

The property was clean and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

A lot of extra people hanging around outside and our gas was somehow syphoned out of our moving rentsl truck during the night. 😡
