Not as pleasant as the past few times I have stayed there. Definitely need at least a grab bar in all showers.

The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good.it’s in a good location

Cons:

I booked the room on booking . Com and forgot to request a handicap room. I arrived lateand the receptionist said they only had 3 handicap rooms and they were already reserved.. my card had been charged and I was tired from the drive. I have Sciatica and fibromyalgia so stepping in and out of that tub was very painful I almost fell. Next time if no handicap is available I will not be staying.

No, there’s probably a better hotel… especially if you’re a family.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We were downstairs for breakfast at 830, out of everything and what was left… didn’t look safe to eat. There was also a sign saying you’d be fined if you took food into your room. What? The whole place stunk.
I asked for extra sheet/blanket for couch bc I had 2 children with me. After being questioned as to why I needed an extra sheet, he gave me one flat sheet, and asked for my room number.

Poor experience, will never stay again
Pros:

There was mold on the shower ceiling. The shower had not been cleaned. The indoor pool was not clean

The indoor pool was nice, the staff was friendly. It was a smoke free facility, yet smelled distinctly like cigarettes in the lobby and on the floor of our room.
