Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Staff unhelpful. Booked a king room and was given a queen. They were unwilling to help. Room smelled very musty and moldy. TV didn’t work well

Fiasco at check in
Cons:

The desk attendant charged an incorrect amount to the broker credit card. This prevented me from checking in for my second room. Then she couldn’t fix it. We ultimately arrived late for graduation and checked out later that night to drive home.

Pros:

The swimming pool was exceptional!!
The hotel checkin process was fabulous and fast.

Cons:

So I stayed 2 days and I was told no housekeeping on stay over. But my housekeeper was wonderful and gave me everything I needed to straighten out the room

Stay away from this property!

Staff were friendly. Location seemed nice.

Cons:

We just checked in at 11pm after driving from San Antonio with an 8 month old and we already want to leave. We booked the 2 bedroom suite on booking.com, which is nonrefundable and now we know why. First room we went to smelled like cigarette smoke and musk. We complained and they assigned us next to a noisy bunch and the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. We complained again and checked out another room before we moved all our stuff again and it smelled even worse so we stayed next to the noisy bunch.

Hallways have confetti and little bits of trash everywhere and there was a leftover 6 pack of beer with a swisher next to one of the rooms we tried. Bathroom appears to be remodeled but it's probably going to cause more issues because there is a hole in the shower wall. Laminate flooring was improperly installed and planks were lifting. There was some gunk around the outlet above the stove. And the walls were nasty in the kitchen.

Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was horrible. Tasted like they just ran the water through a second pass of old coffee beans.

The staff was professional. The breakfast was good. I love the location. I was there for leisure and I liked being able to have a comfortable space to relax.

The television was not clear and the bed was comfortable it the pillows were not.
