Room surroundings not quite early morning there was lots of noise dnt know what but when called up at front desk they were ok with this as some maintenance or some cleaning out side going on but it'sreally annoying and disturbing

Manager and front desk staff abusive and dismissive. Ignored 5+ requests (lost count) to repair shower during my extended stay when accessibility was crucial following hospital discharge.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Hotel is really old and definitely needs a make over. Not the best place

The dresser drawers in our unit were crooked or broken. The hallway smelled fresh. Our rooms smelled stale and mildewed.

Extremely dirty, smelly, broken, thrashed and not taken care of. Lots of mold and just not taken care of at all and needs lots of repairs. The entire place smelled of really strong chemical cleaning odor that was hard to tolerate. I believe the nice family running it is doing their best, but they may just be in over their head.

I booked 2 bedrooms hoping that it would work out with my teenage boys.
Bathroom is very tiny and no mirrors.
One bathroom mirror that is such an inconvenience.
Will not book this hotel again.

The front desk staff were polite and friendly, property was safe ,but there were 3 cockroaches in kitchen cabinets and bathroom as well in 2 different days first on in the first week of my stay and another one in the last night , I let them know that it happened, they sent somebody for brief and limited spray and they promised to deep cleaning the room ,but no any deep cleaning was performed that supposed to be done.
I sent the email for the manager but he didn’t respond to me.

A few issues with the property. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. Also, there were apparently some foundation issues, as the drawers in the bedroom didn't fully close and there was a noticeable crack the bedroom door. They had attempted to shimmy some cardboard beneath to fix it, but it didn't really work that well. I signed up for room service every other day, but had to go to the front desk to request it when they hadn't come by Day 4. Also, we noted that we had 3 guest but they only set us up with enough towels/washcloths for 2. The facility was clean and located in a good area and the staff was friendly. Overall, I'd say the stay was a 3 out of 5 due to the issues.

Staffing members are very polite, cleaning ladies are wonderful, kitchen is very convenient

Everything was good. The return of deposit took entirely to long..as a matter of fact still waiting out 07/08/25. Overall Enjoyed stay and would definitely book again

It's great because it's next to my favorite place.
You can also enjoy evening walks.

The staff were very nice. The toilet in my room made a weird sound. But it was good stay!

Gym AC has been broken for weeks

Amazing place to stay plus the breakfast is on point.

Breakfast is good. Can be better with seating and location. Gets crowded with 10-12 people. Elevator and washer was not working when needed. But full kudos to Julie from Frint desk for allowing us stay beyond checkout time due to our flight timings.
