Had everything we needed for our one night stay. Friendly staff, nice room.
Everyone was super nice. Breakfast was good. Gym worked perfectly. Room was comfy and peaceful. My only critique would be the couch. It was super uncomfortable and it had stains. Room 233 may benefit from a new sofa. The beds were super nice, great pillows. Overall would go back!
Comforter had stains on it. Towels were too thin.
Great location to get rideshare to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert!
Was nice and clean stay
Their attempt at proper compensation for no consistent, basically no TV service, during the entire stay was not close to adequate. A place to rest and relax in the evenings after full days without a promised service is not acceptable!
Nice staff but I had to move rooms due to a noisy fridge
Took 4 times to get to our room. 1st time gave us a key to a room and walked in to someone already in the room. Scared the crap out of them walking in at 11:30 at night!! 2nd time sent us on a long walk to the wrong building. 3rd time gave us a room with only 1 bed and the 4th time back to the office where she then took us to a room with 2 beds. Couldn't comp us anything because we didn't book with Marriot and it was a 2nd/3rd party which was expedia...so not to happy with that answer. other than that it was a good stay.
I would recommend upgrading the towels. The barh towels were very small And thin.
My husband and I love staying at Townplace Suit, whether it's in Denver area, or Colorado Springs. We like that there's a full kitchen with a fridge, oven/stovetop, and a microwave. The staff is always super nice and helpful.
I just enjoyed the easy check in but sadly the rugs were disgusting.

Third floor on the far side from the elevator with enough clothes for six days really quite a lot of work! Battled with Internet and TV connections. Gentlemen who helped me out most the time was fantastic. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but I think it was jeremy or Stewart lol I’m sorry I remember your name Sarah, but you know who you are. Thank you so much for the help!
Really enjoyed having a kitchen in the room
I have stayed at this place many times and this is the third time the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. This has never happened at any other hotel I’ve stayed at.

Stay was great. However, I was charged twice for the stay on my credit card and neither Hotels.com or the property will fix the problem. They keep referring me back to one another.
