Quiet, nice and cozy. Cooking facilities. All items were available which made it very convenient.

The hotel was disgusting. My room smelled like smoke and the entire hotel smelled moldy.
The location it was in.
Walls too thin I could hear a dog barking from another room which was basically down the hall from mine. The sheets on the beds had stains and the toilet would not flush I had to lift up the top to toggle the toilet handle. Lastly, the tub was stained as well.
Beware of this hotel!!!! This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had with Marriott BonVoy booking. They shouldn’t even part of the Marriott at all! First of all when I arrived they told me I had to pay a Deposit of 250 dollars which in all my experiences for years I have never heard of a deposit for hotel stay for that much. However I continued because I wanted to get out of the cold weather to eat my supper before it got cold. Then they desk employee didn’t know what she was doing she had to call another employee on FaceTime to figure out what to do. She told me she needed my friend and family form which I emailed to her. Secondly after receiving the form she proceeded to take forever putting the information in and getting information from the FaceTime call. She then tells me the form wasn’t the right form. I have used this form for years all over the country no issues or problems. So she charged me $120 for the room which was booked for $60. At this point I just told her to cancel my room I will stay somewhere else for the cost. She told me if I cancel they will still charge my card for the cost of $120. So basically I had to stay or loose my money. It took 25 minutes to get checked in with no one in line. Thirdly after getting to my room it was not clean at all. I was told I could talk to the general manager in the morning. Morning came and I went back to the desk and was told she’s not coming in today family emergency. This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had. I will never stay here again. Dont waist your time or money
There was no hot water in my room. I had to change rooms at 11 pm.
When I checked out I was told they’ve been having problems and they’re trying to figure out the cause. Which sounded to me like they knew there was an issue and they’re trying rented the room anyway.
They surprised be with an additional parking free what wasn’t included in the “all taxes and fees” price. The clerk how checked me in claimed this was a Marriott policy, which seems to be a plain outright lie. This is a suburban property with plenty of open parking spaces. There is no reason to “nickel and dime” customers except to be greedy. I have other choices.
Stay away from Namou Hotel Group properties
The room was very nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t take advantage, but the grills outside were a very nice touch!
The water pressure from the shower was low and made rinsing shampoo out of my hair challenging. There were also very large potholes that could really damage a vehicle. The countertop felt like it hadn’t been cleaned, but everything else did.
The staff was fairly good. The complimentary breakfast was good; better than I expected. The atmosphere and condition of the suites was not that appealing and in need of improvement/updating. It met my needs since I was in town for a family funeral for 2 days.
Great stay felt like home
My room #126 had a broken refrigerator, one of the reasons for booking here, and my son's suite was mold filled.. We had to change rooms ,it was making my grandchildren sick.. The staff are incredible! The facility not so much ..The mold is the property owners issue not the staff!!

The employee's were so darn nice...Let me repeat, they were genuinely nice and it was so refreshing as I travel a lot...
Price point was good as well...
Just touch up some of the rooms and they'd be good to go ...

The hotel room was run down. There was not reliable hot water for showers. We had to move rooms due to fleas in a bed. Worst hotel experience and would not recommend staying there. Terrible.
Very friendly staff that really creates a family atmosphere. The location has excellent choices of restaurants within easy walking distance.
This hotel held $150 on our credit card. Never paid THAT much! We are retired, and just spending one night to visit our son. We don't fit the profile of thieves or partiers! They informed us it may take 7 - 14 days for our bank to remove this charge. As retirees on a fixed income, this provided a hardship. When we disputed this charge, they informed us that their system would not allow us to check in unless we consented. Then, as a "courtesy", they waved the $3 Parking fee. This hotel had ample ground level (no garage) parking. Why would they charge a parking fee!!! Ridiculous!! We definitely will NOT stay in this hotel again.
