The price wasnt bad for the size and amenities of the room, but the staff and parking are not ideal.
Pros:

the room was very spacious for the price.

Cons:

parking is horrible. we went to a concert and came back around 11 and there was no available parking besides the street. that is ridiculous. plus the person "on duty" at the overnight desk was outside smoking a cigarette and didnt even offer to help answer questions.
bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were horrible.

The kitchenettes had nothing. You could purchase stuff for the kitchen from the hotel which was insanely priced. Also the washer broke and was told by front staff that I would have to wait until morning to get my clothes out of the locked washer.

Management unwilling to address issue with my check in and check out stating that they never received my change of dates then continuing to ask why I was checking out early. Also can't understand why the Hotel manager wasn't available for a week and other managers couldn't see that I checked in a day later after calling them directly to inform them of the reasons why I was changing the my check in day and check out day which I also changed on Booking.com how hard is it to look in the system at the hotel and confirm this three weeks later they're still not trying fix the issue but have refunded my deposit a few days later just bad business at this establishment under the Hilton hotels chain will not recommend this Extended Stay America Chantilly va to anyone

Regular, por el precio pagado, no vale la pena.
Pros:

Que tenía parqueadero, es lo único. Por lo demás, mal sitio. Personas fumando en las afueras del hotel.

Cons:

El supuesto desayuno complementario no era sino café, muy malo. Las habitaciones olían a viejo, un olor desagradable. Toca pedir utensilio por utensilio en la recepción para cocinar.

good place, ok amenities, bad receptionist, bad workers, certain basic needs like ice dispensers m

location was good, and concept for extended stay with kitchen was good, bathroom was renovated.

Cons:

Staff was rude (receptionist while checking in asked for the id proof for my spouse which is not mandatory also when said about soft copies of passports are available she made a drama of going and asking manager, rooms were not so new or not renovated, while I asked for ice the lady working in the kitchen area she asked me to stay out multiple times on day 2 when I was wearing a traditional attire but on day 1 when I was dressed normally she let me enter the kitchen to pick up ice, there was not ice dispensing machines
