Nichts ausser der zentralen Lage

Cons:

Ich war so enttäuscht von diesem Hotel, dass echt mein Vertrauen in Booking.com. erschüttert wurde. Dies Hotel wurde mit 4 Sternen angepriesen. Allein schon beim Betreten des Empfangsraumes war die Enttäuschung riessengross. Vor allem waren es die überall engen Platzverhältnisse, die mein Kopfschütteln provozierten. Nie und nimmer erwartet man von einem 4 Sternehaus solche Verhältnisse. Der ganze Innenausbau dieses engen Hochhauses glich eher einem Provisorium von einem Heimwerker gemacht, denn einem Hotel von dieser Preisklasse. Der Gipfel aller Frustrationen ( Lift, Zimmer, Gängge etc) war am Schluss das Frühstück in einem oberen Stockwerk. So eng und knapp ist dort der Raum, man konnte kaum 2 Tabletts auf das kl Tischchen stellen. Das Buffet musste wie improvisiert an versch. Möbeln angerichtet werden; nach wenigen Minuten war mit ca 12 Personen der Raum völlig überfüllt. Die Leute standen sich buchstäblich im Weg und wurden hässig.
Dann versagte auch noch die einzig vorhandene, bescheidene Kaffeemaschine ihren Dienst. 15 Minuten lang war kein Personal da, die sich dem Problem hätte annehmen können. Die Gääste wurden ungeduldig! Die angebotene Früchte waren offensichtlich aufgrund ihrer Verfärbungen aus dem Vortag.
Alles in allem : mehr als 2 Sterne darf dieses Hotel nie und nimmer haben und v a ist es trotz der zentralen Lage weit über einem fairen Preis. ( zB : Abends musste man im benachbarten Hotel einchecken, da wahrscheinlich an Personal gespart wird wo es nur geht.)
Der Stil der gesamten Innanausstattung war eher abstossend als gewinnend, jedenfalls wirkte alles billig, und nicht fachlich hochstehend gebaut!!
Ich frage mich: kontrolliert booking.com seine Partner nicht ???

Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the central railway station and public transport stops. The room is very nice, clean and well equipped (eg. with coffee machine). Beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this place!

Für unseren Fußball Tripp,war es Optimal .
Pros:

Die gute Zentrale Lage,es waren nur ca.250 m bis zum Bahnhof und das Zimmer war nach hinten raus auch sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Es gab nichts negatives,wir waren ja auch nur eine Nacht da.

Perfeito para uma escapadinha
Pros:

Os funcionários são todos bastantes simpáticos e prestáveis. A localização é excelente, ficando ao lado da estação dos comboios e relativamente perto dos principais pontos de interesse. O preço é excelente, face aos praticados nos restantes alojamentos da cidade. O quarto é confortável e bem climatizado. A limpeza é muito bem feita.

Cons:

Como está numa zona central, a insonorizarão das janelas podia ser melhor, pois entra algum barulho vindo da rua.

Günstiges Stadthotel in der Nähe zum Bahnhof
Pros:

Lage beim Bahnhof SBB, Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Aussicht, Frühstücksraum im 8. Stock mit noch besserer Aussicht. Freundliches Personal, Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Cons:

Gedränge am Frühstücksbuffet.
