Le lit ,catastrophe pas confortable pour le copule. Je demandé la chambre avec un lit il mon donner la chambre avec deux.

Die Lage ist top. Und es gibt die Baselcard - kostenloser ÖPNV in Basel und Ermäßigungen in den Museen. Das gibt es aber auch in anderen Hotels in Basel.
Die Dusche war defekt. Ich habe das an der Rezeption gesagt, sie waren aber nicht in der Lage, ds zu reparieren. Die Putzkraft hat eine Kulturtasche runtergeworfen, mehrer Sachen wurden zerstört. Keine Reaktion seitens des Hotels.
Tolle Lage und ruhiges Zimmer, da Doppelverglsung der Fenster Richtung Hauptstrasse!

- All’arrivo non mi è stato detto dove fare colazione e da che ora a che ora.
- Non erano presenti ciabattine usa e getta (in un 4* ci sono) e ho dovuto chiederle
- Frigo bar totalmente vuoto
- Presente macchina per il caffè con cialde omaggio ma non era presente acqua (stiamo parlando di un 4*) e non l ho utilizzata
- bagno vecchio e non adeguato ad un 4*
-Reception sempre vuota… non mi sembra una cosa normale
Faptul ca este aproape de gară și faptul ca am avut aparat de cafea în cameră.
Este un hotel vechi și scump pentru ceea ce oferă.
Posizione centralissima a due passi dalla stazione. In centro si arriva tranquillamente a piedi in 10 minuti.
Letti davvero comodi e stanza spaziosa.
La stanza non è stata pulita tutti i giorni.
Assenza di reception, per fare il check in abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci all'hotel di fianco.
Non sembra assolutamente un 4 stelle, prezzo eccessivo.
