Hotel ist insolvent, nicht buchen

Das von uns gebuchte Hotel "Königshof The Arthouse" war geschlossen. Also wir am  Hotel ankamen, waren die Türen verschlossen. Durch einen Mitarbeiter der Security wurden wir davon informiert, dass ab heute (30.06.26) das Hotel wegen Insolvenz geschlossen ist. 

Am 28.06.26 wurde die Übernachtungsgebühr durch PayPal belastet. Nun mussten wir uns kurzfristig um eine Ersatzunterkunft bemühen. Das gelang nach mehreren Versuchen, allerdings zu einem höheren Preis.

Nun erwarte ich, dass wir den Betrag von € 89,30 zurück erhalten.

Für eine Nacht war es in den guten Zimmern in Ordnung. Ansonsten kann ich es leider nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine wirklich gute Lage. Im obersten Stockwerk ist unteranderem auch eine Dachterrasse mit Tischen und Stühlen, man kann von dort aus den Dom sehen.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, bei hohen Temperaturen wie wir es hatten, also kaum auszuhalten (man hat aber wenigstens einen Ventilator bekommen). Es ist so ein bisschen Glückssache welches Zimmer man bekommt. Wir haben 3 Zimmer in diesem Hotel gesehen und kein Zimmer war wie das andere. Besonders Zimmer 112 ist total runtergekommen, die Spiegelwand ist kaputt und dreckig, ein Fenster lässt sich nicht schließen, das andere nicht öffnen, die Gardinen waren auch dreckig und das Einzelbett in diesem Zimmer ist aus Brettern zusammengewürfelt und sah nun wirklich nicht bequem aus. Nach einer Beschwerde war das Personal aber steht’s bemüht eine Alternative zu finden. Im anderen Zimmer ging dann zwar nicht die Heizung im Bad aus, was bei den Temperaturen jetzt auch nicht gerade vom Vorteil war und das Bad hat auch etwas gestunken, war aber ansonsten im großen und Ganzen ein hübsches Zimmer.

Total disaster and a scam

Nothing the hotel was closed by the police and we where kicked out of the property so far neither Booking or the owner has reached out to solve the problem. No refund has been made.

Lokacija, terasa na 6.katu, soba.

Cons:

Hotel nije klimatiziran, niti opremljen barem ventilatorima a moj boravak je bio usred toplinskog vala, tako da je u sobi bilo neizdrzivo vruce. Ali ok, ovakav toplinski val taj dio svijeta nikad dosad nije iskusio tako da nije osoblju za zamjeriti.
