If you are a female traveller do not stay here
Pros:

Nothing, arrived and the room given was a complete false advertising misrepresentation, I had to check out because I couldn’t stay there it was so dirty and felt unsafe as a female traveler and was given no refund by the venue and ignored and never had my complaints even acknowledged, the receptionist laughed at the time and said yeah we get this a lot.

Cons:

MOULD WARNING. The room is advertised with carpet, clean, bedding, heating. A budget room, but simple and nice BUT in real life the carpets had been ripped up. There was mould, hairs all over the bed, dust everywhere, no bedding just simple sheets and cover, the amenities didn’t work. I have stayed at many budget hotels, I don’t need to have fancy things but I trust that a hotel does what it advertises, it’s false advertising and management that ignores concerns. I’ve never had a worse hotel experience- I had to check out because I couldn’t stay there, and they have not ever responded. I didn’t want to publicly review badly cause I genuinely wanted this hotel to take my feedback but they have never replied and it’s been 3 months of ignoring calls and emails so I want to warn others.
