Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber

Cons:

Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und "abgewohnt". Zimmer eng und der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Obwohl wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben haben wurde sich nicht darum gekümmert

Otele gelmeden önce erken giriş yapmam hâlinde, müsaitlik olması durumunda üst katta, geniş ve çift yataklı bir oda rica etmiştim. Otele ulaştığımda görevli hanımefendi bu ricamı dikkate alarak oldukça yardımcı oldu; kendisine bu konuda teşekkür ederim.

Cons:

otelin genel durumu beklentilerimi karşılamadı. Otel eski olabilir, bu benim için başlı başına bir sorun değil; asıl problem temizlik konusundaki yetersizlikti. Oda zeminindeki halıfleksler oldukça kirli ve lekeli görünüyordu. Perdeler ve tüller de benzer şekilde lekeler içerisindeydi.

Odada televizyon bulunmasına rağmen, hangi kanalı seçersem seçeyim aboneliğin yenilenmesi gerektiğine dair bir uyarı çıkıyordu; bu nedenle televizyonu kullanmak mümkün olmadı.

Ayrıca havluların yoğun şekilde sigara kokması son derece rahatsız ediciydi. En olumsuz ve kabul edilemez durum ise odada bir hamam böceğiyle karşılaşmam oldu. Durumu kanıtlamak adına böceğin ölü hâlini odada bıraktım.
