Tolle Lage, auf der Terasse frühstücken in schönem Garten, gutes Frühstück nettes Personal

Cons:

Zimmer leider nicht sehr sauber, auch wenn das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist (das stört gar nicht) kann man aber ordentlich und regelmäßig putzen. Sehr Schade.

Nos encantó el ambiente, la comodidad y la atención en cada detalle. Además, las vistas desde la habitación eran simplemente increíbles, con un paisaje precioso que hizo nuestra estancia todavía más especial. Sin duda, fue uno de esos lugares que disfrutamos muchísimo y al que nos encantaría volver.

Wir wurden beim Check-in und Checkout von sehr netten Personal empfangen und betreut. Unser Zimmer war überaus geräumig und – auch wenn es natürlich nicht super modern eingerichtet war – dennoch hochwertig und absolut angemessen. Das Hotel punktet zudem mit einer schönen, ruhigen Lage, von der aus man die wunderbare Innenstadt hervorragend erreichen und erkunden kann.

Cons:

Als kleine Mankos haben wir die Parkplatzsituation und die fehlende separate Dusche empfunden. Flexibel gelöst haben wir das jedoch, indem wir ein paar Meter weiter ein Parkhaus genutzt haben. Das Duschen wurde dann kurzerhand und unkompliziert in die Badewanne verlegt.

Es war tatsächlich nicht sonderlich sauber. Swiss Quality kenne ich anders.

Erwähnen möchte ich:
Wir haben einen Tippfehler beim Buchen gehabt und kamen einen Tag „zu spät“. Leider wurde nicht im Ansatz versucht, uns auch nur etwas entgegen zu kommen. Es wurde mürrisch 3x „No-Show“ gesagt, mehr nicht. Wir konnten noch 2 DZ für den Abend buchen, mussten aber natürlich auch diese voll bezahlen. Rechtlich und wirtschaftlich alles ok so! War ja unser Fehler!!2 Nächte bezahlt.
Etwas Souveränität und Entgegenkommen wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen.

Der Zustand des Badezimmers, Schimmel Ecken.
Straße lärm!
Sicherheit der Zimmerschlüssel,zu einfach dran zu kommen ohne dass der Portier mich fragt wer ich bin.
Bei Wechsel der Schicht !
