I recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Very nice, large room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Close to the main station. Many restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Mooie centrale ligging en prima faciliteiten
Pros:

Centrale ligging met ruime kamers. Gebouw straalt historie uit. Mooie ontbijt faciliteiten in tegenover gelegen hotel.

Cons:

We boekten 3 kamers in zelfde categorie waarvan 1 geen airco had. Matrassen aan de harde kant.

Great location and good value for money.
Pros:

The room was spacious and we each had our own bathroom, which was amazing and so convenient.

It was clean and good value for money, especially as you can use the Royal Plaza hotel facilities, directly across the road from Villa Toscane.

Our request for 2 beds was accommodated and very welcomed thank you.

The staff member at reception was welcoming, helpful and very informative.

Location was great. It's about a 10min walk from the station and a stones throw from the lake.

Cons:

The hotel felt dated and in need of a little refurbishment, decorating, new carpet. But it was clean and very good value for money.

Great hotel, very helpful staff
Pros:

Beautiful room in renovated villa, some original features, very spacious room, close to public transport, access to all amenities at the Royal plaza. Had vegetarian meal at cafe Bellagio, was excellant.

Muy bien ubicado. Hermoso hotel con muy lindas instalaciones y vista. Increíble la terraza. La habitación 10/10. Lo mejor es que incluía Spa del Hotel Royal Palace, incluso podías incluir el desayuno buffet de ese mismo hotel. También disponías de restaurante y bar.

Pros:

Centrally located. Walking distance to train station.
Good size bedroom with comfortable bedding.
Good ensuite. Very good, cooked breakfast ( we paid for it).

Cons:

You stay in one hotel ( Villa Toscana) but have to go across the road to another hotel ( Royal Plaza), to check in and check out and for breakfast too. Not much service interaction.
Please state if you have any mobility issues as the lift only takes you to your floor. From there, some room are only accessible by 2 flights of stairs (rooms 314-317).
The bedroom has no AC but they left us a fan and we opened the windows.

Pros:

Very clean and well presented, air con was appreciated in the heat also

Cons:

A more clear notice of where to check in over the road would’ve been a help as there’s nobody there to ask, I had to refer to the booking.com app for guidance
