Tout était parfait : très bon emplacement, très propre, avec un personnel très sympathique et disponible.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne la chambre, qui mériterait une rénovation. La moquette est assez ancienne, les fenêtres sont également vieilles et n’isolent pas bien du bruit.

Le plus important dans un hôtel est le sommeil. Lorsqu’un client demande 1 lit double pour dormir à 2, il est frustrant d’avoir 2 lits simples collés, avec 2 petites couettes...
Entendre tout les bruits de la rue depuis le 6e étage est également embêtant, surtout entre 2h et 5h du matin.

Suite à la rénovation de la Villa Toscane, nous avons été accueillis par l’Hôtel Royal Plaza, qui assure les réservations, et ce fut une très belle surprise.

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé : l’accueil était chaleureux, l’espace spa très agréable, et la restauration de qualité, le tout dans un cadre magnifique.
Mon fils et moi avons vraiment adoré cette expérience et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le seul point “négatif”… c’est que le séjour était trop court 😊
