Como a unidade mais nova do hotel, que fica em frente estava vazia, nos mudaram para la. Mas o que reservamos parecia bem antigo, estava todo em reformas. O atendimento da maria eduarda foi excelente, super atenciosa e simpatica!

The most perfect stay in Switzerland
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful- exceptional- spotless and we loved every minute its old features tie in perfectly with the Swiss theme - staff went above and beyond the food was amazing we truly loved it. We was hoping for an upgrade but to the plaza across the way the main hotel but the hotel was fully booked but honestly we couldn’t have been happier with villa Toscane itself and we’d 100% go back it’s a short 5 min walk into the centre and trams etc

Très bel endroit
Pros:

La villa toscane est un hôtel 3 étoile associé à un hôtel 5 étoiles . Prestation et personnel très bien , très serviable et très sympathique , au standing d’un 5 étoiles . Depuis la salle de petit déjeuné une vu imprenable sur le lac et accès direct à la promenade . Bar de l’hôtel en extérieur très agréable , il y fait bon rester pour Chiller .

Chambres petite mais correcte et confortable en revanche un léger bémol sur le bruit provenant de la rue . Bémols également sur le prix du parking .

Pros:

Caddenin karşısındaki Royal Plaza Otelin imkanlarından faydalandırılması güzeldi. Konumu merkezi. Eski villa otele dönüştürülmüş. Çok hoş olmuş.

Cons:

Sadece 3-4 adet oda asansörün olmadığı kattaydı ve o odalardan biri de bize denk geldi.

Upgrade mit Seeblick bekommen - traumhaft
Pros:

Bei einem herzlichen Empfang wurden wir in das zugehörige Hotel "Royal Plaza" upgegradet. Zusätzlich bot man uns noch ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage mit Seeblick gegen rabattierten Aufpreis an.
Der Ausblick war es echt wert, das Zimmer riesig und hatte einen Balkon.
Das Frühstück war zwar nur die "Sparversion" (es gibt 2 verschiedene) aber für uns ausreichend.

Edifici antic molt bonic. El recepcionista de parla hispana va ser encantador

Cons:

El desdejuni escàs, només dolços i formatges de dos tipus, te’l fan en la zona “pobra” de l’hotel d’enfrot que és un 5*. Les terrasses es comuniquen, quan el veïns fumaven ens entrava tot el fum a nosaltres
