Excellent hotel
Pros:

Hotel Mon-Repos is excellent. It is impeccably clean, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is great, location is excellent. My room was cleaned and everything was spotless each day. It has a great lobby bar and comfortable lobby area.

Pros:

Very convenient and quite location, close to a business area, the lake and the park, but also good connection to the centre. Good breakfast with various options.

Cons:

The sound isolation in the hotel is very bad, I valued hear my neighbours speaking at 6 am like they were sitting on my bed. The water pressure and temperature regulation is also not good, it was not really possible to set a required temperature, was always either too cold or too hot and also constantly changing.

I'll be back....
Pros:

The location of the hotel is the best, right across from the park and lake. The room was well suited and the bed was comfortable as well as quiet. I arrived very early and after just a 15 minute wait I was allowed inside room. The breakfast was a treat daily as well, people are so friendly, I'll be returning!

Not worth the money
Pros:

Hotel overall was OK, the front desk person was very unempathetic and possibly borderline rude. I accidentally booked a room that was a single person room somehow, (I didn't even know those exist honestly because the default is always min 2 people), anyway my wife had an injured leg with a boot struggling to walk and the front desk agent was like "you booked a room for 1 person, I didn't make a mistake you did!" and wanted me to pay 50Franks to upgrade the room when online was only 20 and he said I can do 40, luckily my wives sister was traveling with us so she was able to go sleep with her for the night to save 40 franks. I understand I may have made a mistake during my booking, but you don't have to be an A-hole about it, most front desk staff are understanding and accommodating, not wiping their hands "I didn't make a mistake you did..." like what type of hospitality is that. Anyway the rest of it was OK, most uncomfortable pillow I've tried to sleep on, hot water came after a long time and there was a rusted metal stool in the bathroom for some reason.

Это очень душевный отель.
Как будто бы он не заслуживает три звезды.
Все чисто, приятно и достойно.
Ресепшен вежлив и готов помочь.

Самое главное завтраки. Очень рекомендую быть там и начать день наполненным.
Я бронировала без них, но каждое утро бегу как ребенок, оплачиваю и наслаждаюсь шикарным видом и продуктами настоящего качества. Наталья помогает и с теплом встречает там.

Спасибо вам , продлила проживание и наверное еще продлю.

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, alles tiptop sauber.
