Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge, die Zimmer neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert (nicht selbstverständlich!). Das Frühstücksbuffet ausserordentlich reichhaltig und gut, für jeden Geschmack. Das Personal sehr freundlich und man erhält den Eindruck, dass sie ihre Arbeit gerne machen.

Cons:

Das einzig Negative ist ein architektonisches und (nicht nur zu Coronazeiten) hygienisches Problem: als Hotelgast muss man auf den Weg zu den Zimmern und zum Lift eng am offenen Office der Küche vorbei, wo Essen und Frühstücksbuffet serviert wird.

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Lugano mit fabelhaftem Frühstücksbuffet und Service
Pros:

Ruhiges Zimmer, Kissenmenu!, perfekte Lage, fabelhaftes Frühstücksbuffet, extrem nettes Personal, geräumiges Badezimmer mit Ablagefläche

Cons:

Die Pflanze im Zimmer ist an sich eine nette Idee nur hat's drin gekrabbelt und das fand ich weniger attraktiv. Was ausserdem extrem störend war, ist die leuchtenden Buttons überall: am TV ist ein rotes Licht, der Masterswitch neben dem Bett hat eine Leuchte, die Dockingstation leuchtet blau, die Temperaturregelung leuchtet - in der Nacht ist das Zimmer in ein permanentes Licht getaucht und verhindert einen guten Schlaf.
