Loved this hotel!
Pros:

The pictures do not do this hotel justice. It is in old town and walkable to everything. To shopping, restaurants, lake, and boats. The customer service here has been nothing but amazing. Every front desk staff has helped with questions with a friendly welcoming way. After searching Lake Lugano I ended up booking here on a whim. I’m glad I did! Stayed with a family of 4. The room had king bed on floor 1 and upstairs was 2 pull out sofas for my teenage children. Very specious and felt like 2 rooms in 1. Lugano is so underrated, but was our favorite of our Swiss and Italy trip. We will be back and stay here!

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

Location is great, right next to the city funicular making it easy to get to and from station even with cases. Rooms are functional and real air conditioning is a major advantage given the hot weather. Staff were great and without exception would great you on every occasion. Breakfast was the best we have experienced in Switzerland and sets the standard by which we judge others.

Cons:

If it had a view of the lake it would be sensational but it’s a city hotel!

Très bon hôtel dans le centre de la vieille ville
Pros:

Très belle chambre moderne, bien équipée. Parking privé sur place. Très bon restaurant associé. Emplacement idéal dans le centre de la vieille ville.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend. Die Speisen waren mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet und in angenehmen, mundgerechten Portionen serviert. Sogar die Eier waren bereits geschält und die Brötchen liebevoll vorbereitet. Das Personal überzeugte durch seine Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit und zuvorkommende Art.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Dank der zentralen Lage befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants und der See in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar.

Tolles Wochenende in Lugano
Pros:

Sensationelles Frühstückbuffet mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl sowohl bei den kalten, als auch bei den warmen Speisen, von gewöhnlichem Salami und Käse über Spiegeleier mit Speck bis zu frischen Bruschette und kleinen Sandwiches ist alles zu finden. Auffallend freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zwar hübsch, aber sehr klein mit einem eher kleinen Fenster, was ein etwas bedrückendes Gefühl hinterliess. Da das Wetter aber sensationell war, war ich auch nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer und somit war es ok.
