Er war gut, das Essen werde ich schnell vergessen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, im Zimmer hatte es keinen Schrank schade sonst i o.
Das Personal war in allen Bereichen super.

Cons:

Das Nachessen im Hotel war schlecht und entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Ich bin absolut nicht heikel fand aber in der Karte kein normales Essen. Ich habe mich umgesehen und es haben sehr viele Leute grosse Resten zurückgegeben.
In einer Menuekarte müssen unbedingt einige beliebte Menues vorhanden sein.
Bei einem Rindsfilet würde ich gerne die Beilagen auswählen etc.

Uma pérola em Lugano.
Pros:

Instalações muito boas, quarto com um bom tamanho, bem equipado de armários, ideal para ficar vários dias, banheiro excelente.
Café da manhã muito bom, acima da média dos bons hotéis.
O Estacionamento junto ao hotel é um grande diferencial.
Tratamento do staf excelente.

Pros:

Sehr umfangreiches und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück. Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da stimmt es im Team. Lage hervorragend. Zimmerservice sehr gut - Minibar inklusive und wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Restaurant sehr gut - es wird frisch gekocht. Geschmacklich hervorragend. Service top. Ein Hotel wie ich es mir wünsche.

Encantadora estadía en Lugano
Pros:

La ubicación, central, cerca de la estación y con el funicular a la puerta.
Cerca del lago.
El personal muy atento y servicial.
Muy buen desayuno

Cons:

La puerta del baño, de corredera y abierta ( no cerraba del todo y de vidrio traslúcido), incomodo para alojamiento en pareja.
Sofá cama en la habitación poco funcional y algo desvencijado.
Nada que opaque lo bueno, pero a mejorar.
