Pros:

Great experience just as it was with my last stay in 2017. Steven at the front desk is an asset to the hotel with his friendly and helpful way in dealing with guests. Love the new modern look. Had an excellent dinner and the serving staff was great.

Emplacement idéal, accueil chaleureux et chambre cosy avec vue magnifique.
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de Lugano, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Dès notre arrivée à 11h, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. La prise en charge de la voiture est un vrai confort : elle est directement conduite au garage de l’hôtel, ce qui rend l’arrivée particulièrement agréable.

Nos bagages ont été montés en chambre pendant que nous découvrions la ville. Située au 5ᵉ étage, avec une vue magnifique sur le Monte Brè, notre chambre était élégante et cosy, un véritable petit cocon où l’on se sent immédiatement bien.

La literie était impeccable, avec en plus la mise à disposition d’un coussin à mémoire de forme très appréciable pour un confort optimal. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner cette fois-ci, mais l’expérience globale a été excellente.

Superbe, à refaire.
Pros:

L’accueil de Steeve à la réception, la chambre est très belle, le personnel très aimable, restaurant avec plats succulents et service superbe.
Minibar gratuit appréciable.

Cons:

Le lit n’est pas confortable, le duvet non plus. Pour ce standing d’hôtel il manque un peu de gadgets, un vanity kit plus développé.

Location is perfect, parking was expensive but super easy, even for a SUV, and staff was amazingly friendly.
