Lovely hotel in a great location!
Pros:

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Perfect for our one night stay on our way home to the UK. The hotel is in a perfect location with plenty of free parking. The lovely town of Ettlingen is a short walk away.
The staff are very friendly; the hotel is very spacious and our room was big and clean with air conditioning which was very welcome. Will definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

ruime kamer en badkamer

Cons:

Personeel ! geen enthousiasme te bekennen. je moet een grapje maken en dan hopen dat er een lach af kan.
Bij het ontbijt wordt je opgewacht door een persoon die je vreemd aankijkt en naar je kamernummer vraagt.

Restaurant , wel aanwezig meer als je om 17:00 uur vraagt naar de openingstijden kan als persoon alleen of meteen of na 20:00 uur.
Jammer dat het zo klein is dat je je gasten niet normaal kunt bedienen.

Good for a stop over but worth walking into the old town of Ettlingen, breakfast selection was good, evening receptionist was helpful.

Cons:

The carpet outside the bathroom was dirty and needs shampooing but our main issue was the parking arrangements. The outside parking area was full on arrival with cars and quite a few motorbikes. We had no option but to go to their underground carpark. There is some mention of parking charges possibly applying but it is vague and doesn't clearly state €15. When we looked down on the carpark in the morning, there were plenty of outside spaces that had obviously been occupied by restaurant visitors and not hotel guests. We felt that this was a very unfair charge for a hotel resident.

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en uitermate behulpzaam.
De locatie is goed bereikbaar vanaf verschillende snelwegen (A5 c.q. A8)
Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en ook hier is het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Parkeermogelijkheid is beperkt maar in de keldergarage (tegen betaling) is meer dan genoeg ruimte.

Cons:

Totaal niets is tegen gevallen.
