All in all a good hotel, great app for self check-in
Pros:

Good location and comfortable bed. My room had a coffee machine and fridge.

Op de dag zelf werd ik via mail geinformeerd dat ze mijn boeking eenzijdig hadden geannuleerd!
Ik was al onderweg en stond al bijna bij hen voor de deur met 3 kinderen/jong volwassenen.
Doordat ik op zoek was naar een bericht van hen met de pincode om binnen te komen, zag ik deze mail. Schandalig!
Zelfs niet eens een telefoontje of samen op zoek naar een oplossing. Ik werd ijskoud teruggestuurd naar booking.com met de melding dat zij het voor me moesten oplossen. Dat is gelukkig netjes en goed gedaan maar niet dankzij deze onpersoonlijke Numa Berlin Novela.

Es war super zu erreichen, sehr klimatisiert (40 Grad), sauber und super ausgestattet.

Bra beliggenhet, rolig nabolag, nær kollektiv transport. Bra frukost ved det lokale bakeriet med hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Ikke noe resepsjon, alt kommunikasjon foregår digitalt via app. Kjedelig å chatte med roboter.

Be careful with their locker rooms
Pros:

The room was spacious and well equipped. And the air conditioning was functioning well. It's possible to request hotel personnel to fix some problems in the room.

Cons:

The service chat was telling us that we can use the same PIN code to access our luggage in the locker room after checking out. However, the PIN code was no longer working and we couldn't enter the building to retrieve our luggage. And the service chat couldn't send any real humans in time to fix the problem, leaving us in a desperate situation and running late for our train.

Buena estadia, escelente sistema del Hotel NUMA

Buena estadia, piezas comodas. Facil ingreso con el codigo de cliente. Genial el sistema de lavar y secar ropa.

Cons:

El desayuno esta un poco pobre, dos pancitos un cafe y un poco de mermelada o fiambre no es un desayuno para mi. El A/C de la habitacion esta mal ubicado en la pared, sopla el aire frio directamente a la cama. Me resfrié despues de una noche.
