Pros:

This hotel is not appropriate for business travel. They had 5 yoga mats and 0 irons available, and were not able to make an iron available for me upon request the night before a big meeting. The communication and 'assistance' was horrible and I have still not received a refund for additional costs incurred to prepare my clothes for my meeting. The hotel may be lovely for those on holiday but simply does not work for professionals.

Great place to stay in Berlin!
Pros:

Have stayed here three or four times. It’s always very clean and nicely appointed. The hotel is very self service and there’s no staff onsite but that’s never been a problem. Nice linens. Wonderful neighborhood. Easily walkable to bus, subway, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. The bakery downstairs is an added bonus. It really is a great place to stay in Berlin.

schöne Zimmer und sehr komfortable Betten.

Allerdings war der WC Sitz nicht fixiert und trotz zwei Meldungen (chatbot und Mitarbeiter)wurde das nicht behoben oder ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Das ist schlechter Service.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel, Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück hätten wir uns sparen können. Es wird in kleinen Boxen nachts vor die Tür gestellt. Kein Personal da, alle Türen öffnen sich per Code. Somit auch keine Gepäckaufbewahrung. Es gibt zwar Schließfächer, allerdings nur wenige. First come, first serve.
Bin aber sehr froh, dass wir mit Balkon gebucht haben. Ging auf den Hinterhof, klein, aber ruhig.

Fantastic stay.
Pros:

Everything is automated and worked seamlessly. The room was very clean, with a chic and modern design that matched the photos perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and all the necessary utensils. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The essentials room was fully stocked with towels, linens, garbage bags, and toilet paper—basically everything you might need if you ran out of something. The location was great, with the U-Bahn just a 10-minute walk away. It’s situated in West Berlin, which has a more upscale, polished vibe. If you’re looking for the edgier, East Side Berlin experience, this might not be the right fit.

A few small drawbacks: there are no blackout curtains, so the room gets quite bright with the morning sun. My room faced the street, and while there was no traffic noise, I could hear sounds from the hallway—other guests, slamming doors, and cleaning staff. Earplugs are provided, but they weren’t enough to completely block out the noise.

Super god overnatning med god service dog ingen reception, hvor alt foregår telefonisk.
Hygiejnisk værelse med god komfort.
Dejligt med et lille køkken, hvor der var basale ting til at kunne forberede mad. Ville helt klart anbefale.

Kein klassisches Hotel. Zum Übernachten reicht es. Alles funktional und gut. Die Nähe zum K‘Damm ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Für die lauten Autoposer zur Nacht kann das Hotel nichts; trotzdem hat’s genervt. Lieber ohne „Frühstück“ buchen und in der Umgebung lecker und frisch essen …

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft von der aus Charlottenburg gut zu erkunden war, leider etwas weiter von der s Bahn Station, aber andere Verkehrsmittel waren nah und gut erreichbar. Man fühlt sich sicher, es ist sauber und keine Komplikationen mit dem Check in und out. Sehr zufrieden, würde immer wieder kommen !!

God placering - umulig at kontakte udlejer
Pros:

Godt ophold. Stedet lever op til billederne og indcheckning var nem. Jeg prøvede i tre dage at komme i kontakt med udlejer via den såkaldte 24/7 WhatsApp tjeneste uden svar, så regn ikke med at få support under opholdet fra andet end en ubehjælpelig bot.

Pros:

Luckily everything worked so I can’t comment on the lack of a front desk when it doesn’t work. On other sites there were mentions of people going through their belongings which prompted me to have everything with me at all times.
The room was almost perfect for our family, and I would stay here again, and recommend it to others traveling alone or as a couple. The one truly unacceptable thing was the sofa bed, it was of such little quality that the children were sliding between the springs. They were in tears and we ended up with all four in our queen bed.
I appreciated not having a key because if someone had to run back upstairs for a forgotten item they just needed our code.
But every coin has two sides, and so the level of suspicion of the person or persons standing behind you increases, and so no holding the door for anyone. Certainly not very civil.
If you have trouble sleeping when it is noisy, then request a room away from the street. And parking even to unload is nonexistent, as the sort of people that frequent the bakery right next door don’t have to follow the rules and park in the loading zone.
I hope this helps others navigate their decision making process.
