I would say my stay was very good. The room was clean and bed and pillows are comfortable. The room was good inside, but the overall building is a bit old. Supplies were available most of the time in the facility. Most of the time, I would say the sound isolation is good except for the last night as I heard everything in the other guest room so I could not sleep. But I would book there again for a long stay as it is clean and the location is convenient. The staff are amazing as well. Immeditae response and support.

However, I was just expecting the room to be a bit bigger. Also, the doors are heavy so I woke several times to people slamming doors and it was a bit annyoing. The value for money was not that good as I felt I paid a higher amount than what I should have paid. Personal per WhatsApp sehr sehr nett

Die Lage war super, wir hatten ein Zimmer im fünften Stock, so dass wir eine tolle Aussicht genießen konnten. Das ein und auschecken ganz ohne Personal hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert.

Cons:

Ich hätte für den Preis ein besseres Zimmer erwartet. An einigen Stellen sah man, dass eine Renovierung notwendig war. Leider war das Bett viel zu weich, so dass man sich unweigerlich in der Mitte des Bettes in einer Kuhle getroffen hat..

Op de dag zelf werd ik via mail geinformeerd dat ze mijn boeking eenzijdig hadden geannuleerd!
Ik was al onderweg en stond al bijna bij hen voor de deur met 3 kinderen/jong volwassenen.
Doordat ik op zoek was naar een bericht van hen met de pincode om binnen te komen, zag ik deze mail. Schandalig!
Zelfs niet eens een telefoontje of samen op zoek naar een oplossing. Ik werd ijskoud teruggestuurd naar booking.com met de melding dat zij het voor me moesten oplossen. Dat is gelukkig netjes en goed gedaan maar niet dankzij deze onpersoonlijke Numa Berlin Novela.
