В целом, мы остались довольны. Отель берет своим расположением и душевным отношением к гостям!
Pros:

Хороший отель с очень удачным расположением! До Испанской лестницы можно не спеша дойти минут за 20. Прямо рядом есть отличный ресторан Ristorante Calliope и место, где продают потрясающее мороженое ручной работы — обязательно попробуйте.
Сами номера просторные, места много, но чувствуется, что они уже немного «уставшие» и просят обновления. Завтраки без особых излишеств, шведский стол довольно простой, но всё самое необходимое, чтобы нормально перекусить с утра, есть.
Но главное достоинство этого места — персонал. Изначально мы забронировали семейный номер на 2 ночи, но из-за проблем с перелетом пришлось позже докупать еще одну. В наличии на эту дату оставались только «люксы». И тут отель пошел нам навстречу: чтобы нам не пришлось собирать вещи и переезжать из номера в номер посреди отдыха, нам просто улучшили категорию до «люкса» на все три ночи! Отдельное огромное спасибо работнице ресепшена Любе! Очень отзывчивая девушка. Все наши просьбы выполнялись просто моментально: понадобились бокалы в номер, новый халат, дополнительное одеяло — всё организовали без проблем. Кроме того, Люба дала нам кучу полезных советов и классных наводок по ресторанам, экскурсиям и даже подсказала, куда лучше сходить на шопинг.

Pros:

Приветливый персонал, местоположения, комфортно спать. Мы приехали рано и комната была не готова, оставили чемоданны и пошли гулять а когда вернулись забрали ключи и чемоданы нас ждали в комнате что было приятно.

Cons:

Завтрак - были высокие ожидания так как завтрак получил приз 2025, на самом деле ничего особенного, не все блюда были вкусные. В ванной комнате мерцала лампочка что раздражала и так ее не поменяли. Помпа в диспансере мыла не работало и пришлось пользоваться шампуням. Душ был с джакузи и джакузи тоже не работал. Но если не притереться в общем было все хорошо поэтому даю относительно высокую оценку
