Mit einigen Abstrichen wie zuvor beschrieben kann man dieses Hotel bucjrp

Zuvorkommendes Personal hervorragender Service im Restaurant und Früstücksservice

Der duscharm im Zimmer im 5. stock kam nur ein kleiner Strahl Also keine Möglichkeit sich komplett zu duschen.. trotz Reklamation beim housekeeping..im Bad wurden die PapierTücher nicht erneuert..beim einchecken an der Rezeption wurden die Einweisungen von einer Dame nur ganz kurz und in einer sehr englischen und sehr schnellen Sprache erklärt zudem wir nach einer langen Anreise eine etwas höflicheren Empfang erwartet hätten.. es war ca 20 Uhr.. jedoch beim Check out Termin mit einem Herrn am der Rezeption hat alles funktioniert.. Taxi Service .. Freundlichkeit .. zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit..

Väldigt trevlig personal, både på hotellet och restaurangen! God mat. Mycket att välja på till frukost, särskilt för den som gillar fikabröd. Vacker byggnad, bra läge.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip!
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Bahnhof Termini ist nicht weit weg und viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant war äußerst freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig! Auch ein Problem mit der Dusche wurde vom Haustechniker sehr schnell behoben.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wobei die Dusche für italienische Verhältnisse sehr groß war und es schnell und reichlich heißes Wasser gab, da sind neuere Hotels oft schlechter. Das WLAN war nicht besonders schnell und der Einstieg mit dem Voucher-Code für heutige Verhältnisse unnötig langwierig, aber grundsätzlich hat es funktioniert.
