Very good morning breakfast….scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages, fruit, yogurt, cheese, bread for toast and various beverages.
Staff at front lobby very courteous and helpful.Kitchen staff very attentive to guests. Studio room perfect for one person. Comfortable bed with duvet. Kettle, iron, ironing board and lit makeup mirror all useful.

Clean and organized. Wonderful breakfast. The cozy room is tiny but very well equipped. Aldi is right next door.

Breakfast was awesome, that alone was worth the stay here as food is tough in other areas of town.

Great location. Less than a mile to Zurich HB train station. Great restaurant and shopping. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is small, but central to all areas needed. Breakfast was good, but manager running show not very smiley. Room was clean and comfortable though the colors were dreary (green). All in all, no real complaints and compared to other hotels a decent deal.

Perfect hotel in the best spot, everything is new and comfortable, excellent breakfast choices.

Very convenient, clean, friendly staff

What a wonderful experience! We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel and were thrilled from check-in to check-out. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk from the main train station (very easy to get to from the airport) and a short walk from all the main attractions, restaurants and bars. The room is cozy, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is extremely spacious. The service from the staff is excellent and met all our expectations. The breakfast was rich and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and we would be happy to return!

Great hotel. Good breakfast. Service was great. Bit noisy at night - from road but they provide earplugs 😀. Convenient location.

Booked 2 standard room but one room was quite small. Need to ask staff to remove a sofa chair in order to have more space.

Nice hotel. Parking a problem. No possibilty to stopover at checkin. Personell at breakfast horrible. We and others were treated as children when we didn’t understand how to order a omelette. No one explained or showed us a table. Plates were missing. NO don’t stay here if you think service comes with 4,5 stars. I will never stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. And probably the best gym that a hotel has ever provided me on my stays. Fully recommend.

The hotel was located in a prime location to walk about the city. Staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Very noisy hotel. Room keys don’t work, cleaning services wasn’t great either. Not a quality you would expect for a 4* hotel.

I'm a regular with this hotel, having stayed many times over the years. This time though is was about 30c outside, and the AC in the room was terrible - I had a hot uncomfortable night. I think I will stay away from here in the summer time from now on

Only in Zurich for one night and wanted proximity to the main train station as well as comfort. The Seidenhof delivered both. Prices in Zurich are above average and my relatively affordable room was small but cozy. Loved the prints and old photos; nice bath and comfy bed. Great breakfast too. Passing back through and hope to stay again.
