Really enjoyed our stay in Zurich. Loved it. Breakfast was with the accommodation , that’s always an extra bonus. Good

Cons:

It was quite noisy most every night outside hotel. Sometimes till 1-2 am.
It would bother some. But I was fine with it all.

Excellent hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Lots to like about this hotel. Our room, although small, was comfortable. Although facing onto a busy square it was surprisingly soundproof. The TV was good - with a range of British channels for those coming from the UK. The Wi-Fi was a bit pf a problem throughout - often dropping out completely and pretty slow at some times too. The receptionist when we arrived was extremely helpful - and the breakfast was wonderful. We had breakfast every morning on a lovely roof terrace area - and the breakfast was a relaxed and delicious buffet, again with excellent and friendly staff. Great location - recommended.

Cons:

Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi.

There wasn't any extra amenites in the bathroom such as showercap, cotton pads, nail files, and also minibar was empty and no milk was provided for tea/coffee in the room. Also asked for a firmer pillow and hotel couldn't provide one. Room was stuffy as there is no air conditioner and when we opened the window we had to put up with loud street noise.

Pros:

A stunning accommodation experience in the heart of Zurich's old town. On a charming square with plenty of places to eat and drink, next to the main attractions and with spacious rooms decorated with excellent materials. A complete 10 without leaving anything to chance.
