Pros:

El hotel es precioso! Muy bien ubicado!
Lo que sí tengan en cuenta que si reserva habitaciones para cuatro personas, ponen para dormir un sofá cama doble y no es cómodo! Agregan un colchón fino bastante incómodo. Es lo único que pensaría, ya que el precio no es bajó deberían brindar mayor confort en ese sentido.
Después todo muy bien, las instalaciones y sala del primer piso como zona esparcimiento está muy buena.

Cons:

El sofá cama! No logramos dormir en las dos noches que estuvimos.

שמרו לנו על הציוד כשיצאנו מהמלון ואפילו נתנו מטריה לגשם.

Cons:

היה ריח של עישון במסדרון. מסתבר שיש בר עישון במלון. ביקשנו להחליף חדר והצוות מייד נענה. הבעיה נפתרה

Disaster
Pros:

Room smelling cigarette and bathroom ridiculously small. We decided to leave right away and stay at the Marriott instead. Way better alternative in Zurich by the way. Strongly recommend.

Requested refund of the prepaid room and hotel denied. Used unfounded arguments to justify the denial. Stay away.

La posizione è centrale ed il personale è cordiale

La camera che ho prenotato non è quella che ci hanno dato, ho prenotato la camera Superior ma ci hanno dato una camera peggiore che non ti fanno neanche vedere nelle foto dell'hotel, la colazione purtroppo scarsa e di bassa qualità, la nostra stanza confinava con quella accanto da una porta all'interno della camera e si sentiva forte vociferare.

An enjoyable stay
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and the shower was the best one I’ve ever had. Good size and plenty of shelving in the bathrooms. About a 10min walk to the train station and close to the bus port for any bus tours taken

The pillows were huge but also too squishy to sleep on for me

Perfect stay in Old Towne
Pros:

First of all, the check in experience was so lovely, so nice, the gentleman was incredibly helpful and gave us a great lunch recommendation. We were given a beautiful upgrade, and I cannot imagine a more ideal and cozy stay whilst in Zurich.
