The property was very central, surrounded by tram stations, shops and restaurants and within walking distance to Lake Zurich. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was good. The lobby and library accessible to guests were pleasant areas to relax. Complimentary coffee and water provided in these areas was a nice touch. The staff were helpful too.
Some areas of the property were slightly tired and could do with updating, nothing that affected the quality of the stay.

Location is unbelievable, walkable to everything. Staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, and cleaned regularly. WIFI brilliant, we were working two laptops and two phones with no problem.
Room is nothing like any of the photos, they must have hired some unreal photographer as the general hotel photos are brilliant in comparison to the reality. That said the hotel was still nice, just not as good as I was expecting given the photos.
Location was perferct. In the pedestrian area of city centre. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.

The pillows are very soft and the sofa bed not so comfy.
Amazing location! It was a short trip, but we really enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. There are also plenty of shops and great options nearby, which made everything very convenient.

A localização é muito boa (exatamente em frente a um dos restaurantes com comida típica e mais turísticos de Zurique e a poucos minutos de caminhada da estação de trem e da principal avenida de lojas da cidade). O quarto é amplo e bem confortável. Café da manhã bom. Como me hospedei no hotel por 2 dias antes de ir para outras cidades e retornei por mais uma noite, eles ficaram com parte da minha bagagem até meu retorno, o que achei muito simpático da parte do hotel.
O Uber não consegue entrar na rua do hotel, mas deixa os passageiros a aproximadamente 50 a 100 metros, em uma pequena ladeira, o que pode ser desconfortável para alguns que carregam muitas malas, embora não tenha sido um problema para mim. Meu quarto não possuía nenhuma vista agradável. Chuveiro dentro da banheira, o que não gosto, embora seja comum em hotéis na Europa.
