Localização, limpeza e gentileza dos funcionários.

Cons:

O sistema central de aquecimento não pode ser controlado do quarto e nem desligado. Por isso, o quarto ficou quente durante a noite, sendo que o meu sono ficou prejudicado pelo calor.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff
Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff, always happy to help. Loved the reading room as it gave a larger space to hang out and would have loved to use the outdoor patio in summer.

Veldig rent veldig fin lobby

Betale ekstra for deler av frokost.Ikke mulig å sjekke inn før selvom dette ble bestilt dager i forveien.I lobbyen er det kaffe helt ok for te ingen alternativ??Internett veldig dårlig Tv på rom er ikke tilsluttet kabel.Helhet svarer ikke til pris og forventninger.

Great location, very comfortable hotel with super friendly staff and delicious breakfast at the heart of the old town!
Pros:

Property was a great location, although uber was not allowed into the area, staff were very friendly, great shower and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Fridge was not working and although we informed the staff they said they had checked and was working.

Great location in a lovely city .
Pros:

Superb location in the old town . Very helpful staff . Good breakfast . Outdoor patio tables chairs where you can take coffee\ tea after breakfast .
Also 2 superb communal lounges to use any time of the day beautifully furnished

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Ebenfalls war das Frühstück ausreichend und in einer guten Qualität.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war viel zu warm. Deshalb war an einen Schlaf ohne offenem Fenster nicht zu denken.
Da das Hotel mitten in Zürich liegt, war die Geräuschkulisse (bei offenem Fenster) leider die ganze Nacht zu laut.
