Cons:

We booked for Friday to Monday. It was high 20’s during the days and the rooms were unbearable. On Sunday afternoon both our room cards failed to operate.

Front desk was supposed to be manned until 4pm but they had gone home. Rang emergency number. Security guard turned up 50 minutes after initial call. We were there for a special occasion having travelled from Australia and ended being nearly an hour late. Guard let us into our room but advised they he could not program the cards so we were stuck in our room till Monday. This was unacceptable, so we packed up and departed.

Wouldn’t stay here.

Staff receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room advertised Air Conditioning but there wasnt any in the hotel. The receptionist did provide a fan for the room though.

Zentrumsnahe Lage

Cons:

Aufgrund der Ankündigung bei den Hotelangaben auf Booking.com hatte ich klimatisierte Zimmer erwartet, was für die Zeit unseres Aufenthalts (Tagestemperaturen >30°C) sehr gut gewesen wäre. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Der Hinweis auf die Klimatisierung galt wohl nur für Teile des Hotels, wie den Empfangsbereich und den Frühstücksraum.

Das moderne Ambiente. Diezentrale Lage. Die guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück.

Cons:

Roomservice alle drei Tage - und das auch erst nach Aufforderung. Da Verhalten der Mitarbeiterin am Anreisetag, die mit einer fehlerhaften Buchung von Frühstücken des Teams durch Kollegen überfordert war und dies durch Patzigkeit gegenüber uns als Gästen zum Ausdruck brachte.

War mal deutlich besser
Cons:

Leider haben die einen Renovierungsstau und ein Sauberkeit. Dreckige Toilette bei der Ankunft. Farbe blättert an der Decke ab, Heizkörper rostet und Sofa hat einen Bügeleisen-Abdruck. Schön ist was anders.
