Pros:

Unsere Reise fand bei 40 Grad statt und so waren wir für das klimatisierte Zimmer sehr dankbar.

Cons:

Leider befand sich das Klimagerät direkt übern Bett und somit konnten wir diese Nachts nur begrenzt nutzen.

料金もそれなりに高かったが冷房設備がありルーム内では快適だった。

Cons:

２泊したが初日の部屋は冷房が効かなくて扇風機だった。翌日は部屋を替えてもらい快適になった。

1. 櫃檯人員：上午班的櫃檯人員隨時在窗口，回答問題迅速正確並協助寄放行李。下午check in 時，換另一位櫃檯小姐，他坐在櫃檯後方休息室大聲開擴音講電話，看到我站在櫃檯前沒有立即過來，而是慢慢地走過來，辦理入住過程中，全程繼續開擴音講電話，甚至連我問問題她都一邊回答我的問題、一邊跟電話那方繼續通話。

2. 房間內的內鎖故障：我進去房間後發現內鎖無法上鎖，只好下樓去跟下午班那位櫃檯小姐說內鎖沒辦法上鎖，他依然繼續開擴音講電話，一邊開擴音一邊跟著我上樓到房間，我示範給他看說內鎖無法上鎖，她跟我說所有房間都這樣，那樣沒差，我問他可不可以換房，他說不行。

3. 房間整潔度有待加強：看得出來是很有年代的飯店，但是連肉眼都看得見的灰塵，比一些B&B Hotel 的整潔度還不如。更不要說冷氣機旁邊還有蜘蛛。

Gerne wieder - allein schon wegen des Frühstücks
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Badezimmer voll in Ordnung und sauber. Ablagen für die Bekleidung und persönlichen Dingen sind nicht üppig aber ausreichend. Der Kühlschrank kam uns sehr recht bei diesen hohen Außentemperaturen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage.
Trotz Bahnhof gleich gegenüber und dem ÖPNV (Bus, Straßenbahn etc.) ist es ruhig im Zimmer, weil die Fenster doppelt und schallisoliert sind.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut: Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Bars etc. gleich um die Ecke. Zum Zentrum (z. B. zum Dom) kann man zu Fuß gehen. Selbst bis an das Rheinufer kann man gehen.
Ganz toll ist das Frühstück. Da hat nichts gefehlt. In dieser Hotelkategorie ist das selten.
Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in einem abgeschlossenen Raum hinter der Rezeption unterbringen. Platz war da genug (da haben angeblich schon 20 Fahrräder drin gestanden, was durchaus sein kann).
Der Balkon war sehr klein. Da kann man keinen Stuhl oder gar Tisch hinstellen. Um das emsige Treiben auf dem Bahnhofsvorplatz zu beobachten, war er allerdings groß genug.

Cons:

Bitte Staub wischen. Deshalb 1 Punkt Abzug.
