Angenehmer Aufenthalt, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Lage Nähe Bahnhof hervorragend
Frühstück sehrgut. Beim nächsten Besuch in Mainz würden wir wieder dort buchen.

Gutes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof
Pros:

Toll die Sauna im Keller! Überaus freundliches Personal, bequemes Bett und gute Schallisolierung zum Bahnhofsplatz hin. Badezimmer ausreichend groß. - Alles in allem sehr gut geschlafen, gerne wieder.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Das Licht im Bad könnte einen Tick heller sein.

Très décevant
Pros:

Emplacement pas trop loin de la vieille ville, literie confortable.

Cons:

1) L'insonorisation déplorable des fenêtres : vous entendez les énergumènes brailler jusqu'à 5h du matin devant l'hôtel en face de la gare et les crissements des trains et trams. Ensuite on entend fort d'une chambre à l'autre. Ce n'est pas du tout ce que promet le site de l'hôtel qui vante une insonorisation aux petits oignons !
2) pas moyen de correctement occulter la fenêtre, malgré les stores il fait toujours fort clair dans la chambre.
3) le spa/sauna inexistant : j'avais choisi un hôtel avec spa expressément, et vérifié le site internet de l'hôtel pour être sûr qu'il n'y avait pas de travaux ; le site promet un espace spa rénové. En arrivant d'emblée une affiche vous informe que le spa n'est pas disponible en raison d'un souci technique.
Je trouve que tout ça sent la malhonnêteté.
Bref, j'ai passé une nuit très moyenne là où j'avais souhaité du repos. La prochaine fois je prendrai un hôtel un peu plus cher, mais plus sérieux.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte mit guter Schlafqualität.
Pros:

Top-Lage und perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt per Bahn. Das Bett ist angenehm und auch die Bettausstattung, Kissen etc. war trotz meiner Rückenbeschwerden äußerst angenehm. Die Dusche ist geräumiger als oft in vergleichbaren Hotels.
Trotzt der Nähe zum Hotel, waren die Fenster völlig schalldicht.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang und entgegenkommend mit Gepäckverwahrung.
Das Frühstück war reichlich, wenngleich nicht überbordend.

Cons:

Ein Wermutstropfen war der zottelige Teppichboden im Zimmer - so etwas wirkt selbst bei bester Pflege immer eher ungepflegt und speichert eine Menge Geruch und Feuchtigkeit - vom Schweiß der vielen nackten Füße drauf ganz zu schweigen. Bei Betreten des Zimmers stand die Luft und wirkte mockig, wir haben dreimal ausgiebig gelüftet. Nichts für Allergiker.

Pros:

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone I met in the hotel was nice. The location is just in front of the central station and very convenient.

Cons:

I was not a big fan of the layout of the single room - there's no door to the toilet, it is hidden in a corner behind the wall. That means, that the light from the bathroom window brightens up the room even when the bedroom is dark thanks to the lightproof curtains. Also I heard strange cracking noises from the TV holder and needed to adjust the angle of the flat screen to stop them.

Für eine Übernachtung aber ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
Cons:

Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen extrem klein. Man hatte kaum Platz zwischen Bett und Fenster.

Im Ganzen ein schönes Hotel

Cons:

Ich hatte das Hotel gebucht, weil es einen schönen Wellnessbereich hat. Darauf hatte ich mich gefreut. Zudem in der Buchungsgebühr ausdrücklich drin stand, das der Zugang zum Wellnessbereich inbegriffen ist.
Am Tag der Ankunft durfte ich diesen dann nicht benutzen, weil er angeblich belegt war. Was ich nicht verstehe, da nicht viele Gäste im Bereich waren. So etwas wird wohl bewusst verschwiegen ! Hier zahle ich also für eine Leistung, welche ich dann nicht erhalte.
