I loved the location but I would probably look for a different place on a future visit.
Pros:

The location was about as good as it gets.

Cons:

There was only one functional elevator, and it could take 10 minutes to get from one floor to the next. We had had a wheel chair and it is there are sometimes stairs on the same level (floor 5 for us). This presented challenges.

Fantastic location

Cons:

I had a broken bed where the springs were poking into my back. The hotel didn’t have any other rooms and basically told me to lump it and not sleep for the night…

One of the two lifts was broken for 2 of my 3 day stay resulting in lots of walking up stairs and spending a fair amount of time squeezed in with cleaning carts in the lift.

Soggiorno confortevole in una città bellissima
Pros:

Posizione centralissima. Personale cortese ed efficente sia alla reception che in sala colazioni. Colazione varia, impreziosita dalle omelette preparate al momento. Pulizia ottimale.

Cons:

Temperatura troppo bassa negli ambienti comuni, soprattutto in sala colazioni. Peccato per il ponteggio davanti alla finestra della stanza per lavori alla facciata.

Pros:

De ramen konden niet open in de kamers en de kamer was kleiner dan verwacht. Er was buiten geen plek om te roken. Verder was alles schoon en zoals je kan verwachten. De locatie was goed in het centrum.

I have stated at this hotel several times and based on the last stay I probably wouldn’t stay again

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Staff were stern and did not engage.

Cons:

Friendlier staff always make a hotel stay more relaxed, we were made to feel out of place. I’m a professional and my child (13) dresses very casual, think burghaus, Nike etc. we weren’t spoken to at all not once smiled at or approached. It was very strange, as a social worker I saw first hand how people are treated differently based on their choice of attire.
