A great place and central to many sights.
Pros:

The location was excellent and facilities great. The only exception was the tv reception was constantly interrupted.

Att endast en hiss fungerade. Vissa grejer tog slut snabbt på frukostbuffén. Krångligt att man behövde ta trapporna 4 våningar när man kom från stationen.

Pros:

Clean and ideal location

Cons:

Room toilet and sink didn’t work on arrival and only one lift worked which took at one stage 10 minutes . Asked a member of staff to take us to stairs and fire door was locked and didn’t know where other access was, not hood when on level 5.

Fantastic Location
Pros:

Right on the Royal Mile, this hotel could not be more perfectly situated. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have luggage storage, which js a great resource.

Pros:

Great location , staff all lovely , decent breakfast

Cons:

But disappointed with the room for the price, also staff at reception didn’t properly validate our parking ticket meaning we had to pay full price which was a bit frustrating

Pros:

The location is absolutely amazing. From the hotel is quite easy to go anywhere.
The room size is good.

Cons:

Our sheets weren't in the best condition but still cleaned.

The stay was very good overall. Right on the royal mile.
Pros:

Very modern Clean.

Cons:

We stopped on 5th floor only 1 lift. More often than not it was full and was being used by staff with trollies with towels n laundry so so 1 could use it. And no bins around reception. Always having to hand rubbish to staff members.

The location and spacious room.

Cons:

The bedsheets had stains on, the staff did change it quickly but wasn’t ideal. Was there for a birthday, but nothing complementary offered although I read in reviews before that the hotel provided other guests with complementary chocolates & drinks etc. No acknowledgment either.
