Para ir al centro hay shuttle gratis del hotel cada media hora, pero poco rigor con el horario y acaban pronto por la tarde. Mejor disponer de Bolt o taxi

Beautiful interior in the hotel reception, bars, restaurants and our room was very nice.
Gardens were lovely.
In the main the staff were friendly and helpful.
Lots of traffic noise when you’re in the gardens and external area of the restaurants.
It advertises as centrally located but in reality it’s about 25min car/metro journey to the centre of the Cit. They have a free shuttle to compensate but didn’t make the location clear before you book. While we were there the shuttle was reduced to every hour not every half hour as normal.
In the main, staff were friendly but on our final morning after breakfast, we were abruptly told to leave where we were sitting in the garden so they could move furniture around. We were then told we couldn’t sit anywhere else as they were busy and we had to go into the reception to sit. It’s really not the same when you want to sit in the shade enjoying the outdoors!
