Clean, well designed and lots of eating options
The swimming pool experience was below standard for a hotel at this price point. Ceiling was stained from leaks, pool surround was broken and splintering.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien. L'hôtel est très propre. La navette vers le centre ville est très pratique.
La literie mériterait d'être changée.

Was a bit far from the old town, but we were there for an event. They have a shuttle which helps.

Cleaning could be improved slightly, especially deep cleaning, but overall standard is very good
A hotel used mostly by tour groups (cruises etc) or visitors in transits due to its proximity (~10-15 mins) to the airport. Hence, it was crowded and a lot of families/kids. Definitely not a place to relax (the small indoor pool was crowded with shouting kids). The food in the restaurants were amazing. But breakfast was crowded and service was lacking (asked for coffee multiple times that eventually arrived after 20 mins!).
The location is about 30 mins from the main Lisbon center - so they provide a shuttle bus to get into town.
Unfortunately, during my stay, they had computer issues. This meant hours of delayed checkins, confusions over credit card charges etc. It was unpleasant, but the staff handled it well.
Due to its location, would recommend only if you have an early flight.
Perfecto para ir a un partido del Benfica. Muy cómoda la ubicación con respecto al estadio. Fuimos a la Champions y estuvimos siempre seguros y caminando a todos lados.
Para ir a Lisboa centro está un poco lejos, pero el hotel es muy bueno.
A decoração, o quarto (cama confortável e duche fantástico) e o pianista no pequeno almoço.
Havia algum pessoal do hotel, nomeadamente na sala de pequeno almoço que lhe faltava simpatia e consequentemente o profissionalismo!

My daughter and I booked this trip as a pre Easter treat and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff were very welcoming, from the concierge team to the reception staff and the housekeeping team. Our twin room was immaculate and well serviced. The team also called on the rooms in the late afternoon to offer water etc if needed - and also chocolates -a very nice touch.
The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the city centre.
We dined at two of the hotel’s restaurants, Erva and Soul Garden, both of which are excellent. Amazing cocktails at the Erva bar!
We also booked spa treatments at the hotel’s award winning spa. Talita and Jun were very professional and I highly recommend them both. We were also able to use the hydrotherapy suite with saunas and hydro massage pool. This is a fabulous hotel and a great base to be able to explore Lisbon. We will definitely be back.
Room service is great.
The worst experience ever we have in 5-star hotel. In check-in our room was not well-prepared. But the worst experience is the room key, we muss go to reception everyday to activate our key. The reception staff know it, but they didnot do anything or notice us about us. We are too annoyed, but they see it as normal. The reception staff in this hotel should be trained. They behave with customer too unfriendly and rude. Specially two women in reception, one phones with someone privately and ignored us standing for her in checkout (20minutes).
Went for a perfect legs reshaping massage as a couple. It was very relaxing. Our therapists Sanu& Jun were very good
