Ich kann einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr empfehlen – genießen Sie das ausgezeichnete Frühstück und den hervorragen
Pros:

Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Qualität und eine große Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig und sauber gereinigt. Besonders schön war auch die saisonale Blumendekoration im Hotel. Außerdem war die Anbindung an die S-Bahn sehr gut, und der Shuttle-Service ins Stadtzentrum war ebenfalls sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Die Zimmertemperatur hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Obwohl ich die Heizung auf die höchste Stufe eingestellt hatte, war der Raum noch etwas kühl. Auch das Wasser im Pool hätte aus meiner Sicht ein wenig wärmer sein können.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt beim Frühstück waren die Wasser- und Saftgläser, die einen unangenehmen Geruch hatten. Ich habe dies dem Personal vor Ort mitgeteilt, und mir wurde versichert, dass man sich darum kümmern wird.

Ein Spitzen-Hotel, dass man sehr gerne weiterempfehlen kann
Pros:

Top Hotel in Lissabon. Vor allem der Service an der Rezeption aber auch vor der Tür und Zimmerservice war extrem aufmerksam. Hervorzuheben sind auch die drei Top-Restaurants im Hotel. Beim Frühstück eine sehr große reichliche und qualitativ hochwertige Auswahl. Mir gefiel auch das Ambiente und zum Frühstück morgens bei bestem Service die musikalische Untermalung eines Klavierspielers. Kurzum: Das Hotel perfekt sauber, Personal professionell und sehr zuvorkommen und freundlich. Da gibt es eine 10.

Da fällt mir auch nach längerer Überlegung nichts ein.

El hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, pero cómodas. El desayuno variado, la zona de piletas y spa muy agradable. Buen desayuno buffet y musica de piano en vivo. Hermoso para iniciar el día.

Cons:

Pocas opciones sin TACC en el desayuno y algo que no me gustó fue la manera de acomodarte en el desayuno, te llevan hasta la mesa que les parece y te ubican, habiendo muchos espacios vacíos te ponen al lado de otras personas. Pides cambio y lo mismo.
