Great but be wary of breakfast time
Pros:

In centre of Jesmond near bars etc rooms decent decor great bathroom and great bar on site.

Cons:

Breakfast was a shambles, they've started taking orders in the bar area for breaky one girl on to get all people's coffees toast etc and also take orders riunntgem to the kitchen... Does not work total shambles and why be that stingy with staff it needs 2 minimum on that job..

I liked that it was clean, the staff were very welcoming. We were staying at the rear of the building and it was very peaceful.

Ideal for our visit. We would stay again
Pros:

It was ideally located for our visit, had free parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even let us use the car park after we’d checked out so we could visit the university open day. The room was quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Pros:

Great location near metro, lovely size room

Cons:

For a 4 star would have liked better temperature control in the room, some of the soft furnishings needed a good clean

Not meeting my expectations

The loud noise of the ventilation system pumps - located right outside bedroom window. Kept awake during night, very bad nights sleep.

Window very poorly glazed.

Sold as twin room yet had a double bed and a pop up bed !!!!
