Upgrade room was good, bathroom could do with bit of maintenance, loose fixtures & shower poor.
Breakfast was excellent both in quality of produce & service.
Staff at reception were also very welcoming.

Was on the second floor so no noise at all during the night (or day), as couple of student popular bars are nearby.
couple of quircks need to be repaired in the room, but nothing that would be a dealbreaker
I often stay here when working up this way. Its nothing too fancy but nice rooms, with everything needed and great location. Bars and food places all within walking distance. Yes if you stay in a room at the front you can ehar people from the bars but come 11pm it soon stops. I always get a good sleep when staying
