Fulfilled my requirements I arranged while booking (sorry if it was random it's just a bit of a running joke)
Bathroom was a little outdated but room looked fresh and you don't sleep un the toilet do you?

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was lovely and modern. The bed was massive and so comfortable, the staff went above and beyond and so friendly. Could not fault our stay at all

Staff were very helpful and welcoming, reception area and rooms were very clean, metro station few minutes walk away, exceptionally good value for money.
Dining area seemed a bit dated but didn't impact the overall stay

Staff were amazing, so helpful. Parking was great for someone with limited walking capacitt , right by back door. Bed very comfy and was nice and quiet. Massive tv in room , great for relaxing. Jesmond is a lovely area, waiteose 2 mins away abd lots of bars and eateries

Beds could probably do with new mattresses they were lumpy and quite hard.
One of the days our room was not serviced at all
Breakfast good choice. Location convenient for metro and sightseeing.
A little more attention to overall cleanliness would be appreciated ie, bottom of bin in room grubby and shower slip mattt a bit mouldy. Also in having room serviced shower Matt was folded whilst damp even though I’d hung it up to dry. I didn’t complain at time as overall everything was fine for us. One member of the reception team could have been a bit more welcoming, but maybe she was having an off day.
Excellent location. Spacious room. Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. On-site parking. Smooth check in/out process. Walking distance to a good choice of cafes and restaurants. We would definitely stay again
