Regular visitor, great staff, perfect location, friendly cosy atmosphere, free parking facility, good value for money.
Superior room looked dated from the last time we stayed. Breakfast change to buffet, disappointing. Only used 1 of the 2 days.

Definitely not worth 4 stars. Creaky floors above room, noisy hallway at 5,6 and 7am . Furniture needs updating and painting.. bed was 2 singles zipped together and uncomfortable. No 4stars would have that! Uncomfortable mattresses!

The lift was broken, and we were on the top floor.
Amazing value for money but doesn't feel like a budget hotel. Comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom (with excellent water-pressure!), friendly staff, free parking.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable and ideal for our stopover on a longer journey. Excellent breakfast included in the very competitive price. It was fantastic value overall 👍
My husband has mobility issues and we had not taken them into account -it was our mistake. The staff were brilliant and managed to get us a room on the ground floor which made our stay great
