Great location. Comfy. Clean. Great bar. Delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived (a bit early), we had no issues parking. We were happy to sit outside with some nibbles and drinks. Outside seating area on Osborne Rd was lovely. When we checked in we were upgraded. I requested a quiet room, we faced the back on the hotel but to be honest we would have been equally happy at the front. The bar was lovely. We went out in the evening and when we came back the bar was very busy which was great to see. The hotel is within easy walking of the Metro. We had a quiet and comfortable nights sleep. We enjoyed a buffet style breakfast. Our son joined us as they were offering a discount for graduation students. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

Cons:

My only criticism would be the hotel bedding needs adapting to the heatwave we were experiencing. The quilt was very heavy for summer. The under sheet did not seem to fit the bed properly and was too small to tuck in.

Very pleasant hotel in a great location - I have stayed twice now and would stay again without hesitation
Pros:

Lovely staff - large spacious room - extremely clean - excellent location for my requirements

Cons:

It was very busy and parking was slightly tricky ( I’ve stayed before and this was not a problem in the past)
I was blocked in by another car when I came to leave but fortunately the vehicle behind me was leaving at the same time so I was able to get out that way.

It was convenient and reasonable for a reason.
Pros:

Perfect location for Jesmond. Good shops and coffee shops around.
Metro is also close by.

Cons:

Parking is a problem. If you don’t come early enough it is impossible to find a place.
Breakfast not ready @7am. Unfortunately we had to leave early so couldn’t wait for the eggs and the coffee didn’t taste fresh at all. We had a problem with our television but luckily I have managed to fix it so we can watch the match.

Pros:

Nice hotel .rooms were lovely . The meals in bar were nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was just warm . Not very organised at breakfast having to ask for stuff as not a lot left . Restaurant was very small and not separate from the bar people were coming in from the bar to sit and watch the TV. Very small car park for size of Hotel. Wouldn't have booked the place had we known it was within all the student accommodation as very noisy every night.would of been nice to have a note added saying this is a students area for university as our room was right above the beer garden so could hear everything would of been better if we were put the other end of hotel or back of hotel . The cold water tap was not cold it was lukewarm couldn't get it cold . Bathroom was to warm as no window, fan not strong enough to keep room cool . Would be nice to have had a mini fridge in room to keep drinks cold as room was to hot .
