Teleurstellend, schone schijn maar weinig kwaliteit

Het personeel aan het ontbijt en aan het zwembad was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is goed, dicht bij het strand en midden in een buurt met veel winkels en restaurants. Het is een mooi hotel.

Cons:

Het personeel aan de receptie was helemaal niet behulpzaam en zeer onvriendelijk. We waren hier enorm teleurgesteld over. De televisie in onze kamer werkte niet, na meermaals dit probleem aan te kaarten lieten ze ons weten dat ze geen tv's verhuren maar kamers en dat we het dus maar zonder tv moesten doen. We vroegen om een compensatie maar kregen deze niet. Er was ook geen communicatie tussen de verschillende personeelsleden, wanneer een nieuwe shift begon moesten we alles weer uitleggen vanaf het begin. Zeer onprofessioneel.
Het eten van het ontbijtbuffet viel tegen. Het had weinig smaak, er was enkel fruit uit blik, geen vers fruit. Brood en gebak hadden een industriële smaak. Er was veel variatie maar er wordt duidelijk ingezet op kwantiteit en niet op kwaliteit. Jammer voor zo'n duur hotel.
De isolatie tussen de kamers is slecht. Je hoort alle kamerdeuren hard dichtslaan, wanneer de wc in het toilet boven je wordt doorgetrokken is het alsof er een waterval naast je hooft passeert. We werden ook meermaals wakker door luid geruzie van zatte hotelgasten. Neem dus zeker oordopjes mee! Zorg dat je niet aan de kant van het zwembad / de zee slaapt, want er is luide muziek en animatie tot in de late uurtjes. Aan de straatkant is het rustiger, maar niet stil.

Нам дуже сподобався сервіс в готелі,персонал врахував всі наші побажання ,завжди був готовий допомогти .Готель реконструйований,все нове.Харчування достатнє,хоча деякі позиції можна було б покращити.Пляж зразу біля готелю,один із найкращих де ми були .

Звукоізоляція в номері!!!Наша щира рекомендація зробити ще одні двері в номерах,особливо тих,що виходять на рецепцію.Чути все від самого ранку,зверніть на це увагу

el personal es amable. La ubicación del hotel es una gran ventaja, ideal para disfrutar fácilmente de los alrededores. El aparcamiento gratuito también es muy apreciable, sobre todo con el aumento del tráfico en la isla, lo que puede hacer que estacionar sea complicado.

Cons:

La insonorización de las habitaciones no es muy buena, se escuchan ruidos con facilidad. La limpieza puede mejorar.
En cuanto al desayuno, hay variedad, pero la calidad y el sabor no destacan; parece bastante industrial.

En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, es un poco caro: unos 600 euros por 3 noches me parece elevado para lo que ofrece. Un precio más justo estaría más cerca de los 400 euros

Hotelul gălăgios, auzeam vecinii de alături,lifturile lucrează foarte rău,in cameră nu am avut șlapi de cameră, curățenia se făcea superficială cearșafurile timp de o săptămână nu s-au schimbat,lumina in cameră mereu se deconecta( trebuia personal să o repornit de la rezistor).Pentru a lua micul dejun trebuia să stai în rând cîte 30 de minute. Deși inițial am avut confirmare că avem parcare am avut 3 zile cînd nu ne-au permis să intrăm în parcare motivând că erau full și am fost nevoiți să parcam cu 20 € noaptea în altă parte.
Hotelul nu corespunde 5 ⭐.

Pros:

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer wunderschön, Essen sehr lecker, alles war traumhaft. Die A la Cart Restaurant sind zu empfehlen, super Ambiente

Variedad de bollería.
Muy raro q pongan zumo natural de naranja, nos sorprendió.

La cena del viernes no tan bien....cuando va siendo la hora del cierre del buffet, los camareros,no todos,ansiosos de q acabaremos cuanto ants y eso da a parte de ansiedad para pider terminar cuanto ants...mal.aspecto y la actitud hacia el cliente no es la adecuada....
