Torneremmo volontari.
Pros:

Fantastica struttura e in posizione perfetta per andare in spiaggia e girare a Las Americas.

Cons:

Letti leggermente duri rispetto a quanto siamo abituati ma abbiamo dormito bene.

Séjour exceptionnel, chambre magnifique.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, chambre magnifique et excellent petit déjeuner.

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour au Mediterranean Palace.

La chambre est magnifique, spacieuse et très confortable.

Des bouteilles d’eau sont fournies dans la frigidaire.

Le coffre-fort gratuit est vraiment appréciable.

Le balcon est agréable et bien équipé, avec des serviettes à disposition.

Des capsules de café sont aussi fournies dans la chambre, une petite attention appréciable.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et très calme la nuit, ce qui permet de très bien dormir.

La climatisation fonctionne également formidablement bien.

Gros coup de cœur pour le petit déjeuner vraiment délicieux. Mention spéciale pour le jus d’orange fraîchement pressé, les gâteaux et la qualité globale du buffet.

Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la petite attention avec le sac offert à l’arrivée ainsi que la boisson offerte.

Spectacles au top niveau, grand standing.

Cons:

Un peignoir aurait été un plus.

Le seul véritable point négatif concerne la piscine, qui était très fréquentée pendant mon séjour. Il y avait également énormément de familles avec de très jeunes enfants, ce qui rend l’espace piscine parfois un peu bruyant.

Je trouve aussi la politique de l’hôtel envers les fumeurs un peu trop stricte, notamment pour le balcon de la chambre. Il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir fumer sur son propre balcon.

Malgré ces quelques points, je garde une très bonne impression de l’hôtel et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

We didn’t get the Mountain View that we booked, we got a view of the Hard Rock Cafe building next door which wasn’t even in the same direction as the mountains

Pros:

- Location is very central
- All staff is incredibly friendly and professional
- Breakfast and dinner are good in the main restaurant; there is lots of variety to choose from
- The pool is very big and there are lots of sun beds to choose from

Cons:

- You can hear EVERYTHING when you are in the room: from the corridors, from outside and from your neighbours (we could literally hear when they were switching their lights)
- The room is not really 5 stars. There is nothing in the room except a blow drier. You need to ask at the reception for everything else (bathrobes, slippers, etc). I would have expected at this price and 5 stars to have all amenities in the room and not have to ask for them.

Apró hibákat leszámítva nagyon jó és jól érezték magunkat.
Pros:

Ázsiai szakácsot kivéve , minden személyzet nagyon kedves ,volt.
Kiemelkedően a recepción és a Pool Bar-ban.
Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése a Hotelnak. Fürdőszoba tágas. Szép a szoba

Cons:

Kevés Gluténmentes étel, volt, nincs fürdőköpeny bekészítve. Foglaláskor nincs feltűntetve az All-in Clusive csak 1 étteremre vonatkozik. Szoba takarítás és feltöltés lehetne 1 picit alaposabb.
