Poor attention to detail. Rooms need deep cleans. Rooms also need mufflers or hinges on doors! Food is only adequate! Car park is too small and needs better lighting.

was given a room that was already occupied, which was somewhat embarrassing. Phone signal and wifi a complete tragedy too
Staff very unfriendly especially in the restaurant. Rooms were tired and towels had brown stains
Very comfortable room and helpful staff. Plenty of parking but the maze of buildings made it a bit awkward to get to. The only issue was that the printed invoice I was given turned out to be for a different customer which I only realized once I had started to fill out my expenses.

Leisure here is worth the price on its own, Great steam rooms, sauna, pool and infinity pool.
Breakfast very poor. Had to wait 30 minutes for something obviously kept warm in the oven in the kitchen - may as well be a buffet, at least i could have seen it was poor and overcooked and just had cereal and toast and got on my way
Room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows were so comfy, staff were friendly and helpful, I would say the only thing was the room was miles away from the bar and restaurants quite a trek
Loved the pool and thermal suite. I've stayed at 4 hotels in the area and this was the best. Restaurant steal was amazing. Most meals seemed to come with coleslaw rather than any meaningful fibre and nutrition. I ate at the bar the pub the restaurant and found the same in each. Pool opens at 6:30 which isn't quite early enough for my taste. Especially when they were 5 minutes late opening the door and I had to ask at reception.
Really nice hotel. Only there for one night for a friend's birthday so didn't take full advantage. Staff friendly and rooms great
We had a lovely stay and overall its very good. Only few minor grumbles, one staff member at breakfast quite rude. Some mould on curtains in restaurant.

Absolutely amazing experience. My sister had an amazing 50th birthday celebrations. The spa treatment was very relaxing and the afternoon tea was lovely.
Nice spa, large bed, lovely well kept grounds.
There was a large group of women in the spa who were very noisy. Also came back to their room after midnight and were shouting. Someone in another room came out and told them to be quiet.
Electrics werent working in the room when we arrived but were quickly fixed.
Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.
