Very enjoyable 😄
Pros:

Great spar treat for my wife and myself it’s was twenty five years ago we visited the last drop sparhotel.

I had an amazing stay yet again. Everything was perfect.

Pros:

Room lovely

Cons:

At a busy check-in time only 1 member of staff on reception which meant we lost time on our spa booking,which then felt rushed. We were sold restaurant wasn't serving food so we booked elsewhere nearby but then found out we could have ordered food in the bar.

Great facilities and great value
Pros:

Large complex with one of everything. Friendly staff. Very clean if a bit worn. Great value.

Cons:

The property is a maze and rooms can be a hike from the car park. Rooms are tired but large, clean ands comfy. The food credit system is quirky and complex.

Pros:

Swimming pool Spa suite amazing and access was not an issue.

Cons:

Our room, 62 had an unpleasant lingering smell on arrival. We had no time to report etc.. as were late for a 50th due to crazy traffic on route. Would have also been useful if room had offered blankets in the wardrobe/ bed as felt chilly of an evening. The coffee tea milk supply was also very meagre, 4 milk, 2 teabags & 2 coffee sachets. Staff were pleasant & accommodating so I'm sure this would have been remedied on request, however some guests do not like to make a fuss. Would definitely recommend for swimming pool & large infinty jacuzzi type pool.
