Location
Hotel looked very tired, vacuum cleaner left in reception for the entire stay. lack of staff & customer service. Communal areas very tired require attention. Bathroom had black mould, extractor fan didn’t work.
Perfect price performance match. Nothing fancy but a decent place to stay.
Great location close to motorway very friendly welcome
Very dated bedroom, two armchairs in bedroom were very old and in poor condition. The bathroom smelled very damp and foisty, there was lots of mould in the shower cubicle on the ceiling and around the tiles.
The bed was comfy and the room was warm and quiet.
Location was convenient and the staff were nice.
The hotel accommadation area is a bit worn.
The corridor to the rooms had a bit of a stale smell and the walls could do with being painted.
The bathroom was spacious but did notice the area around the hinges of the toilet lid could have been cleaner. The shower was OK but the temperature fluctuated a little bit. The window was not easy to close (partly not wanting to break it) so could hear some motorway traffic. The area around the windows I think needs smartening up including the net curtains. Quite a few negatives but wouldn't say no to staying there again.
