Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a truly memorable experience from start to finish.
Pros:

I must say my stay at the Fairmont exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, every member of staff we came across was exceptional, welcoming, and attentive.

I’d especially like to mention Elisha, who showed us to our treehouse. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and explained everything so clearly to us. She made sure we felt comfortable, regularly checked that we were okay, and ensured we knew where everything was. Her warm and professional approach really made a great first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.

The overall experience was fantastic, and the level of service we received truly stood out. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

Cons:

The only slight disappointment was during checkout, where there seemed to be a little confusion regarding what was left to be paid. I would probably put this down to a miscommunication or misunderstanding. However, once a second member of staff came to assist, everything was explained more clearly and the situation was quickly clarified.

Nonetheless, this did not take away from our overall experience and certainly would not stop me from returning again.
