Luxurious and gorgeous - expected for the price but still amazing.
Pros:

Stunning location, second time attending the venue but first time staying. Bathroom was incredible (huge bath!) and light panel has control for the curtains as well which is crazy posh and I loved it!
Staff were wonderful the whole time, couldn't do enough to help. Facilities were amazing, they were putting up Christmas decorations and the whole place felt magical! Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so attentive.
The bed was SO comfy, and the walls thick enough to block out all noise. Will definitely return to treat myself.

Cons:

The room would have been a 10/10 if there was a fridge in it! That was my only complaint really. The price is a bit steep, but it's a night of luxury, so I can't complain too much! Could do with earlier check in to use the spa (even an hour or so would have been great), and a heater in the smoking area, plus a shelter would be nice.

Great facilities, lovely property, staff are lacking. I won't be back.
Pros:

I paid for breakfast in the booking, I ordered it through room service. evidently that didn't "count". so never got the breakfast I paid for, I purchased the "same breakfast" but had to pay full price.

Cons:

There's a lot of fluff and to-do with the staff in this place, very little content. The staff are either incompetent or don't care, didn't quite figure it out. Request after request with assuring head nods were non started. Emails unanswered, no accountability, barely friendly, Lastly, went for a walk around the property to stretch my legs and relax, ended up being awkwardly followed by a security lady? trying to not look at me but definitely following me. Hope it had nothing to do with race.
