Great staff and comfortable room, but not the roomiest.
Kettle didn't cut off when it boiled and water cut the power. Strange breakfast downstairs. Good choice of food but cramped and awkward location.

Hotellet ligger bra till. Nära Paddington om man kommer med Heathrowexpress och nära tunnelbanan och bussar på Bayswater road.
Många restauranger i närheten.
Vi hade bokat trebäddsrum och förväntade oss 3 likvärdiga sängar, som på bilden när vi bokade. Inte en mjuk, låg och liten tältsäng som 3e säng. Efter många om och men fick vi ett rum med tre likvärdiga sängar.
Le quartier est vraiment calme , proche de toutes commodité. Accès direct à un grand parc .
La chambre double pour les parents n est Absolument pas conforme au descriptif du site .
La superficie nous permettais a peine de passer entre le lit et le mur d un côté , et on avait la même situation du côté du meuble.
Sans exagération , on ne pouvais pas ouvrir notre valise au sol et pour cette chambres La Clim ne fonctionner pas et pas de possibilité de wifi .
Pour la chambre enfant , réservé pour un tarif de 3 lits simple , nous avons eu une belle surprise , chambre cette fois ci spacieuse et conforme au photo .
En revanche 1 lit double et un lit enfant version lit de camps avec un matelas très fins , pour un ados la situation n etait pas du tout adapté pour plusieurs nuits .
De ce côté la Clim été difficile à réglé et le wifi fonctionner à peut près.
Troppi problemi al check in
The location is perfect, heritage building in a quiet street and only a short stroll from Paddington Station.
I booked a club room at a higher level, month in advance. When we arrived, we were given a small room in the basement with a blocked sink, looking out into a rubbish filled courtyard. We were unable to move around the bed. I was assured at check in that this was the club room we booked. Only after complaining and demanding a room up to our standards, and as booked and paid for, we were moved to a club room on the 3rd level. Over the remaining days we overheard other guests having the same conversation with the reception staff. Its clear that this is done deliberate and was not a simple mistake. The hotel was recently rebranded to the Sunday London Paddington Hotel and has most likely changed hands.

Las camas con un poco pequeñas y blandas. Además, en la hora del desayuno se forma mucha cola para poder entrar a la sala del desayuno. SIn embargo, una vez que entras el desayuno es muy completo
The location
Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the access to the room was deep into the hotel. We also didn’t realise we wouldn’t have our own microwave. Room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, made it difficult to store the luggage
It was a good location, quiet at night even on the weekend, it had a tv, hairdryer, and iron available.
The room was quite dated, it was really small, and the bed wasn’t that comfy. The aircon didn’t work.
Good location, rooms were very clean.
No customer service, couldn’t find my booking on arrival, they gave us off milk at breakfast, we didn’t get checked in on time even though we were there within plenty of time, they just kept telling us they are awaiting for approval of our room being ready then serving other people who came in after us before us.
