Wij boekten in september voor 1 nacht in mei.
Wegens omstandigheden hadden wij die kamer niet nodig. We wilden dit wijzigen naar januari. Dat was totaal onmogelijk . Ik heb daar verbleven omdat wij geen optie kregen om te wijzigen. Totaal onsympathiek.

Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort und würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit breitem Bett. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück war auch für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht besonders groß. Wenn sehr viele Gäste gleichzeitig zum Frühstück kommen, kann es schon zu einer Wartezeit von 20 Minuten kommen, bis man einen Tisch bekommt.

Cons:

Check in horrible waiting 30minutes + to solve their issue with my reservation. Got a room across the street while walkins got a room in the main building. Our room to small and bed is not a bed for 2 adults at all. Shame. Breakfast morning ordered night before in the box, breakfast was not organised for us. Breakfast 2nd morning we were refused to sit with our friends so we just walked away. Breakfast 3rd morning we had to leave so early i didnt even bother to ordera breakfast box as they disapointed us. Complaining about this service on site and via messages with the hotel they promised to refund the breakfast which was 12.50 pounds per person per breakfast -after a month of communication and promises they will refund it I get an email from a duty manager that they will after all not refund it. Lobby people just appologize all the time. Very unorganised and very disapointing. I dont recommend this place at all. Shame for this hotel to even have a licence to operate.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti e 4 giorni insieme al mio ragazzo.

La posizione è davvero ottima: a circa 6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Paddington e molto comoda anche per supermercati, fast food e bar nelle vicinanze.

Il check-in è stato semplice e organizzato, con la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura anche prima che la camera fosse pronta, cosa molto comoda.

La stanza è piuttosto piccola, ma dotata di tutto il necessario: phon, cassaforte, asse e ferro da stiro, prodotti per la doccia (shampoo, balsamo e sapone), salviette, bollitore con tè e caffè e una bottiglietta d’acqua (fornita però solo il primo giorno).

Cons:

Il letto è un po’ piccolo, probabilmente non proprio matrimoniale, e personalmente ho riscontrato qualche difficoltà a dormire a causa della mancanza di tapparelle o persiane, dato che entra molta luce. Inoltre, la finestra non si apriva completamente, quindi non era facilissimo far circolare aria nella stanza.

Geen 4 sterren waard, te duur voor dit type hotel
Pros:

Heel goede ligging, dicht bij metro en Paddington, Hyde Park en Kensington garden om de hoek.
London bikes voor de deur.

Cons:

Kregen kamer in de kelder, uitzicht op een triestige muur. Kelder te bereiken met trappen, is wel een lift, maar je moet toch trappen doen. Labyrint van gangetjes voor je kamer vindt. Kamer niet op tijd vrij, nochtans beloofd.

Freundöiches Personal und Sauberkeit

Cons:

Kein Aufzug, Miniwaschbecken im Zimmen, Vorhang ging nicht bis ans Ende des Fensters und ziemlich viel Raum zwischen Boden und Tür, also helles Zimmer die ganze Nacht
