Pros:

Rustige, nette buurt.
Op loopafstand van restaurants, winkeltjes en Paddington Station

Cons:

Compacte kamer, bed was vrij smal voor 2 personen, maar geen ramp.
Badkamer was ruim & schoon.

Location was good, rooms not so good.

It was a good location

Cons:

My room was very small, no space to move around. The floor in the bathroom was so hot that I couldn’t walk on it without socks or putting down towels. My window was broken, so the room itself was very cold. I asked to be moved and the hotel facilitated that, however the next room I had to almost climb over the toilet to get into the shower. Bar is poor.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, was asked to pay extra for any coffee except basic black coffee.

Room furniture was old, could not use the bathroom basin except standing sideways TV was very old and remote hardly worked as buttons did not operate.

AC did not work properly and room fridge was noisy.

Everything was okay.
Pros:

Everything was okay. The carpet could be a little bit cleaner. Location was really perfect.

Cons:

The bed was quite small for two people. You could hear people in the room next door and in the hallway.

Convenient, comfortable, affordable
Pros:

It was in a convenient location, not far from London Paddington station. I arrived a few hours before check in and was able to get my room straight away as it was ready, which I appreciated.

Cons:

Everything was fine. If I had to nitpick, the tap on the bathroom sink was a bit fiddly, the only way it stayed on was if I kept it at full blast.

Poor Staff, No Communication
Pros:

Room was fine - but was across the road from the actual hotel in an annex.

Cons:

Air conditioning non-existent. Room way too hot. No view. Long wait to check in. Asking for an invoice is an ongoing nightmare. I have requested on 3 times, been on hold for longer than I can tell and nobody answers the phone

Temizlik kötüydü. Klima çalışmıyordu. Odanın içi çok soğuktu. Çok üşüdük. Duştan az su geliyordu. Odanın içi halı kaplıydı ve halılarda lekeler vardı.
Otele ilk girdiğimizde bizi başka bir binada tek kişinin bile kalamayacağı kadar küçük bir odaya götürdüler. İtirazımız üzerine odayı değiştirdiler. Verdilleri oda da sorunluydu.

Manque d'accueil et de professionnalisme
Pros:

Nous avons eu des infiltrations d'eau au plafond, le réceptionniste n'a pas été agreable ni efficace. Du bâtiment principal on nous a mis dans l'annexe, très petite chambre ! Et pas un geste pour compenser ces désagréments
