Pulizia della stanza assente, scarsa cortesia e professionalità dello staff,scarsa qualità e varietà della colazione, pessima accoglienza clienti e rispetto delle prenotazioni e degli standards e dei prezzi di un hotel 4 stelle, sistemazione alternativa rispetto lo scantinato proposto nell'hotel di fronte (Sunday Paddington Hotel Devonshire Terrace al 4 piano con ascensore guasto per tutto il soggiorno e no air condizionata o guasta nella stanza

Estava brut, l’esmorzar molt bàsic i amb poca varietat i com a celiàques amb molt poques opcions. Sofà llit incomodíssim.

This is one of the worst hotels i've stayed in absolutely disgusting

I am so unhappy I was put in in a room in the basement where there was absolutely no telephone service. The room does not resemble the photos from the booking at all. This is a 2 star hotel at Best. Upon arriving on the room, there are stains on the wall, cracks near the bottom of the walls. Having no telephone service despite the fact that I have to work and have access to phone calls.

The gentlemen who welcomed me was very dismissive when I kindly explained the situation to him. He proceeded to move me to another room in the BASEMENT! where there was no phone service.

I am disgusted. I am not happy with the service and I’m more than happy to send photos of the condition of the room as well. Not to mention the nosies coming from upstairs during the early hours of the morning from 6am to 8:30am. Banging, stomping, people talking loudly, no respect for the other customers.

For the cost of the hotel it was unclean, room was crammed, shower not working properly, shower control broken (fell off) i would say this is a 2 start at max.

Clean but could do with a refurb.

Desayuno escaso, las habitaciones dobles compactas deberían comentar que la cama para dos personas no es cómoda. Era bastante pequeña. La limpieza de las habitaciones, al ser moqueta no era muy buena. En las 3 noches, no se pasó la aspiradora ni una sola vez. Pelos suelo baño. Primer día no había gel, tuvimos que pedirlo . Edredón muy pequeño .

Rooms could be warm in summer

Not your traditional hotel so be aware of that. I personally prefer rooms in the main building versus those across the street. Lots of steps to be cautious of aswel but it is an older building so not the hotels fault.

Room was noisy, what I presume was security personnel, kept walking through the corridor talking on speaker phone. Constant noise from waste pipe after upstairs toilet flushing and no shower gel.

Impossível ficar na primeiro hotel ele é totalmente fora de cogitação principalmente para brasileiros

Room was over the road in what looked like a converted bed-sit. Room was dirty, hairs on the floor and in shower, fridge did not work, wifi was on/off, shower was so small and shower door would not close.
