Perfect stay at a perfect location.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcomed, nothing was to much trouble. The room had everything you could need ,loved the little details like tissue box and note pad and pen. The shower was lovely. Liked the different lighting. Even had a microwave if you needed to use one. The breakfast was far better than excepted and better than most hotel, good quality of food. The staff at breakfast work so hard but still greet you with a smile and always said goodbye.

Cons:

The only thing was the temperature in the room it was to hot and the temperature dial did not go lower than 18 .

Un piacevole imprevisto
Pros:

Per una manutenzione imprevista, la nostra stanza non era disponibile e l’hotel ci ha fatto alloggiare in un hotel partner dove mi sono trovata benissimo.

London is echt wel een leuke stad om een keer naar toe te gaan.
Pros:

Locatie is wel goed, vlakbij restaurants en metro. Ook wel een redelijk rustige buurt.

Cons:

Kamers zijn klein, en ook wel gedateerd.

Struttura accogliente, in un ottima posizione vicino alla metropolitana, molto attenti alla pulizia, servizio di pulizia in camera effettuato tutti i giorni, in bagno presenti vari kit per la cura del corpo, possibilità di deposito bagagli

Il servizio della colazione da rivedere, un hotel con molte camere con una sala colazione di un b&b, oltre 40 minuti di fila ogni mattina per poter effettuare la colazione

Le lit été trop petit pour deux personnes.
Les piles de la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas.
Pas de micro onde dans la chambre alors qu'il été marqué comme matériel disponible en chambre.
Il été aussi écrit que la chambre été insonorisé alors que tout les soirs on entendait un bruit venant de l'extérieur très gênant.

Nur zum Schlafen waren die Zimmer ok aber das Preis Leistungsverhältniss stimmt für mich nicht

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht annährend den Fotos von Booking
War sehr entdeuscht über das Compact Zimmer konnten zum Glück ein anderes beziehen
Das Compact Zimmer war in ein Innenhof das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen und null platz für die Koffer
Im grösseren Zimmer fehlte der Kühlschrank und die Mikrowelle

Teleurstellend
Pros:

Het ontbijt was basic maar zeker niet slecht.
Het was rustig gelegen.

Cons:

We werden weggezet in een kelderkamer met vochtvlekken op de muur. Er was geen wifi en aangezien we in de kelder zaten was er ook geen bereik van mobiel netwerk.
Verf van het plafond komt op verschillende plaatsen los en de afzuiging wekt niet.
