Erinomainen sijainti
Pros:

Lyhyt matka Paddingtonin asemalle ja esim. Victoria ja Albert museo sekä Portobello-markkinat kävelymatkan päässä. Puistot mukavan lähellä. Huone oli tilava ja kylppärikin ok kokoinen. Huoneessa myös eurooppalainen pistoke. Aamiainen oli todellinen yllätys monipuolisuudellaan: aamiaispuuro oli erinomaista ja tarjolla oli kaikkea lämpimistä ruoista hedelmiin.

Cons:

Kokolattiamatto huoneessa teki hieman nuhruisen vaikutelman. Huoneen ikkuna oli viereisen rakennuksen seinää päin ja luonnonvaloa olisi voinut olla enemmän. Toisaalta tässä oli hyväkin puoli: liikenteen melu ei kuulunut huoneeseen.

Very convenient for what was needed (one night and close to Paddington station) room was clean and cozy. The receptionist (didn’t get her name) upgraded us to a different room, this was met with complimentary drinks which was very much appreciated
Bed was comfy, which is alway needed after a day of travel. Hyde park a stone through away

Overall always a good experience
Pros:

It’s a very nice hotel and I have already stayed here a few times now. Rooms are nice, clean and
comfortable.

Cons:

Room window had been left open from before which made the room cold and noisy but got it easily fixed after calling the reception, who promptly came and helped out.

Ok, but needs improvement
Pros:

Perfect location, close to Paddington station, a lot of restaurants, pubs and local stores. Very convenient for exploring London for a long weekend

Cons:

We have booked a triple bedroom, 1 double and 1 single bed. The single bed wasn't a normal bed it was a pull-out bed. It may be ok for a child, but not for an adult. Bad coffee at breakfast. In the bathroom the water pressure was bad.

Me gustó mucho la cercanía a la estación de Paddington y al centro ciudad. El desayuno también era muy variado.

Cons:

Yo había reservado una habitación triple, no una habitación con dos camas y la tercera supletoria, había pagado por tres camas... También nos llamó la atención que en el baño, uno de los grifos del lavabo perdía agua, tampoco es de recibo que en la habitación hubiera una gotera en el techo.

Die Lage ist super! Die Gegend total nett mit Shops, Restaurants und Bars und die U-Bahn sehr nahe. Die Zimmer sind sauber (auch wenn der Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert wurde), die Matratzen und Pölster gut.

Cons:

Die Frühstückssituation ist eines 4-Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Es gibt ca. 25 Tische im Früstücksraum im Keller (!!). Das bedeutet, dass wir alle drei Tage bis zu 30 Minuten anstehen mussten, um einen Tisch zu bekommen, ein absolutes No-Go!!! Für die viele Menschen, die frühstücken wollen, gibt es nicht genug Geschirr, das Personal kommt nicht nach, Speisen aufzufüllen, mal sind die Eier aus, dann das Obst oder das Brot. Das Angebot beinhaltet das Nötigste und ist lieblos angerichtet dafür, dass mit einem guten Frühstück geworben wird.
Der Fitnessraum ist ebenfalls enttäuschend.
Im Zimmer gibt es neben dem Bett keinerlei Steckdosen, keine Vorrichtung, um Jacken aufzuhängen (sollen nasse Jacken in den Kleiderkasten?) und auch im Bad ist gerade mal so eben Platz. Sehr bedauerlich!!!

Pros:

Room was fairly spacious. Location was quite good in terms of accessibility. Food option was fine even for a vegetarian. Some staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Given a late evening flight, for little late check out didn't get cooperation. In evening hours there was no housekeeping staff available. Room cleaning was average.
