Great location, good staff clean rooms
Pros:

The staff was great and it was in a fantastic location. the price was good through Booking.com. I don’t know if I would pay more. It was still kind of expensive.

mixed reviews staff versus chaos of the hotel
Pros:

Staff at the front desk were very helpful!

Cons:

There was construction going on and it was noisy, dirty and no lobby space. Would have expected to be told ahead of time about the construction and be provided a discount.

Pros:

Great location, close to Thomas Circle, with nearby bus stops and just a 10-minute walk to the metro station.

Cons:

The small coffee machine was set up in the bathroom, so if someone's using it, you can't access the coffee.

The Staff was accessible and fast. The convenience of the parking garage.

Excellent location and staff, will come again
Pros:

Location was excellent!
Staff were very helpful and kind, they made sure we are very comfortable and attended to all our needs. Check in and check out were very smooth. They said yes to everything we asked them for and greeted us every time we walked in/out. These little things mattered a lot to us!

The lobby is clean, nice, and has a comfortable sitting area.

Cons:

I booked a room with 2 beds for 2 people, so I just wish 2 sets of toiletries were provided instead of only 1.
