Five days in central London - great hotel and location.
Pros:

Comfortable room, well-designed bathroom (including separate door to loo). Excellent buffet breakfast. Great location for the theatre district, but also for getting anyway in London with ease. Room was quiet/

Posizione eccellente, vicinissima alla metro e a 15 Min a piedi dal Big Ben...noi eravamo ai piani alti (che consiglio ) e nonostante la posizione centrale e' stato abbastanza silenzioso. Io avevo la junior suite, letti comodi e altrettanto i cuscini, molto pulito staff gentile

Premetto che vado spesso a Londra, e sono stata nei migliori hotel della città ( tipo al the Shard hotel) quindi ho un termine di paragone abbastanza elevato per i 5 stelle. Set di spazzolini e dentifricio mancanti che almeno una junior suite dovrebbe avere.. ma la cosa che veramente non mi era mai capitata in un 5 stelle e' che avevo fatto la colazione inclusa, ma che poi mi ritrovo a dover pagare pancake, cappuccino , caffe' e qualsiasi altra cosa al di fuori del mini buffet. Perciò se mai dovessi tornare di certo la colazione la farei in un qualsiasi altro bar vicino ..
