This is my fourth time coming to the hotel and I wouldn’t think of anywhere else on my next visit to London!
Pros:

The location, cleanliness and staff! The staff is friendly and I had the pleasure to be received upon check in by Simo who was simply amazing. He was able to upgrade and provided instant asked for requests with professionalism and mainly a big smile!

Great location but be careful which room you select
Pros:

Location for theatre district and Covent Garden is excellent

Cons:

The bed (described as a "Queen") is very small for two people. My expectation for a hotel room is that I can get a good night's sleep and the size of the bed made that very difficult.

Hôtel très bien situé à Covent Garden, quartier safe, courses alimentation et restaurants proches, boutiques très proches et métro proche, théatres, quartier animé mais agréable. Personnel de l'hôtel très agréable, je recommande!

Facturé deux chambres au lieu d'une, très désagréable expérience. Booking était prévenu.

Il y a eu une erreur dans la réservation. J'ai dû payer pour deux chambres alors que je n'en avais besoin que d'une seule. Je ne sais d'où vient l'erreur, les deux chambres ont été réservées à deux minutes d'écart le 19 mai dernier. Cela nuit à la qualité de mon séjour et à ma relation avec Booking
