Pros:

Posizione centralissima, vicino alla fermata della metro Leicester Square.
Albergo nuovo nella struttura e di design, anche se minimalista.
Staff cordiale e professionale. Camera pulitissima ogni giorno, con ottimo spazio vivibile e piena di amenities da vero 5 stelle.
Colazione ottima e abbondante per quantità e varietà (unica pecca non c'è la Nutella o una cioccolata spalmabile, come mai?!?)

Sou cliente do hotel, desde de que existe.
Acho que a qualidade do pequeno-almoço tem vindo a decair ao longo do tempo. A título de exemplo refiro que a fruta servida não é de qualidade e não tem sumos naturais, refiro-me por exemplo a sumo de laranja feito na hora ou dia.

Não ter sistema de blackout que garanta a obscuridade dos quartos.
