This hotel is very close to Paddington Station; we were greeted wonderfully. I would stay here again

The shower had plenty of hot water, but the glass shower door was loose and dangerous.

Ok for price. Staff friendly but very basic and scruffy
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. Lady in breakfast room ( sorry I can’t remember her name) she worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed

Cons:

Room was VERY small! Had to ‘limbo’ around tv to get to other side of bed. Now where in bathroom to put our toiletries as so small. Only one small towel rail. Shower was freezing cold- we reported and they said they would repair but never did. Cold showers for 3 days!!! Apology but no compensation

Sehr hellhörig (Laut). Sehr schlechte Fenster.
Der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller. Er ist nicht schön und viel zu klein.

Sollte ich jemals wieder nach London kommen werde ich sicher wieder dieses Hotel buchen!
Pros:

Zimmer absolut okay für einen Städtertipp! Die Lage gleich in U-Bahn Nähe ist perfekt! Frühstücktsbüffet ist bzgl. Wurst/Käse evtl. ausbaufähig, aber grundsätzlich völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten einmal die Situation das sehr viele gleichzeitig frühstücken wollten, da war kein Platz mehr und wir müssten sehr lange warten; Man bekommt die Plaätze zugewiesen und eine Einzelperson auf einen Viertisch zu setzten ist vielleicht nicht Sinne der Sache, aber ansonsten alles TOP!!!!

Cons:

Für früheres einchecken (1 Stunde) extra 10 Euro zu verlangen ist schon heftig da uns nicht einmal angeboten wurde unser Gepäck ( nur Handgepäck) inzwischen zu verwaren, Nach der Anreise, wie weit sie auch sein mag möchte man halt nicht noch mit Gepäck ein Cafe etc. suchen um dort eine kurze Zeit zu überbrücken;

L'habitació és petita i donava a una planta baixa una mica sota de peu de carrer. S'escoltava tot tant del carrer com de l'hotel.

Niks, we kregen eerst een hele slechte kamer die niet leek op de foto’s. Daarna kregen we wel een andere kamer maar er was vanalles kapot en de matrassen daar sprongen de veren uit.
