Pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles
Pros:

Proximité de la gare, quartier agréable, grand choix de restaurants

Cons:

La superficie de la chambre single et de la salle de bain : microscopiques ! Impossible d'ouvrir la valise sans bloquer à la fois la porte de la salle de bain et celle de l'entrée ; lavabo minuscule, jamais vu une chambre aussi petite en 40 ans de voyage !
Le manque d'insonorisation : on entend chaque bruit de la chambre voisine, impossible de dormir paisiblement.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Am Besten war die Klimaanlage, die schon lief, als wir aufs Zimmer kamen. Alles neu und sauber im gesamten Hotel. Parktiefgarage kostenfrei. Das Frühstück war gut für den Preis.

Immer wieder!
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns das freundliche Personal sowie die Sauberkeit gefallen. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer aufgeräumt und geputzt und war jeden Tag super sauber.

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata decisamente pessima.

Siamo stati costretti a soggiornare senza aria condizionata con temperature esterne di circa 33°C. L'unica soluzione proposta dalla struttura è stata un piccolo ventilatore, assolutamente insufficiente a rendere la stanza vivibile.

La situazione è stata aggravata dal fatto che la finestra aveva il vetro rotto e non poteva essere aperta perché anche il meccanismo di apertura era danneggiato. Di conseguenza, la stanza era caldissima e impossibile da arieggiare.

Le condizioni della camera erano ben lontane da quelle che ci si aspetta da un hotel: la porta del bagno aveva un foro enorme, degno della celebre scena di Shining; le pareti presentavano evidenti tracce di umidità; dietro la tenda della finestra era evidente che le pulizie non venivano effettuate da moltissimo tempo.

Anche il servizio è stato molto deludente. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere per ben due volte alla reception della semplice carta igienica prima che ci venisse consegnata. Inoltre, il penultimo giorno la nostra camera non è stata pulita e gli asciugamani non sono stati sostituiti. Siamo stati costretti ad attendere oltre mezz'ora nella hall affinché il personale completasse le pulizie.

Come se non bastasse, ogni volta che veniva aperto un rubinetto in qualsiasi parte dell'hotel, compreso il nostro bagno, si sentiva un fortissimo rumore, simile a quello di un'autoclave, estremamente fastidioso sia di giorno che di notte.

Nel complesso, si è trattato di un soggiorno molto al di sotto di qualsiasi aspettativa. La struttura necessita di una manutenzione urgente e di una gestione del servizio clienti molto più attenta. Purtroppo non ci sentiamo di consigliarla e certamente non torneremo.

Very disappointed and feel we did not get value for money as we couldn’t stay in our rooms to cool down from heat

I occupied a ground floor room, and my family were on the first floor, both rooms were stifling hot, due to the adverse heat. The size of the room did not help at all, there was no room to move,i had 3 fans my family had 1 that were no good whatsoever, the room on ground floor was disgusting and very dated, definitely did not stand up to the reputation I expected. My families room was a but bigger, however they were unable to use there shower as the dirty water was coming back up through the plug in the bath. One member of staff on reception was unable to understand us when we tried to speak to her, therefore we were unable to raise our concerns with her
