Pros:

Frühstück ausreichend, besonders die Angestellte war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Zimmer klein, aber für uns ausreichend, da wir nur mit Handgepäck gereist sind.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED
My poor rating goes because of the unhelpfulnes of the hotel as a whole. I booked in advance but, due to a change of plans, I had to try and modify my booking. Fair is fair, apparently my booking was non modifiable. Now, I emailed, went to the hotel itself, called... And apparently not a single.person was able to help. What I was trying to do was upgrade my room (which was allowed) to a double instead of a single. They did not give me a price or even told me whether there was a room available for the upgrade. They told me "if there was a room available on my booking date, they will let me know on the day because they cannot check in advance". And it took them more than a week to answer my email regarding this. Apparently at the reception (bless them, they were really nice) they cannot check availability for room....
Not that nice of a hotel anyways, and not cheap. Go to another one nearby. At least you will get a good service

Localização boa porem cama muito ruim
Pros:

A localização é otima. Ao lado da estação Paddington, e muito perto Hyde park.
Da pra se locomover muito facil de metro por la.

Cons:

A cama era muito ruim, travesseiros péssimos, duros.
O box do banheiro é tão pequeno que precisa entrar de frente e sair de costas, não tem espaço pra virar nele.

Pros:

Staff very helpful. Waqas in particular is the real standout. A fantastic way of managing a variety of customers that I observed. For me, I made a last minute reservation after being let down by a nearby hotel. Waqas was so welcoming and made me stay a real joy.

Hotel rapport/qualité, prix trop élevé.
Pros:

Emplacement bien situé pour les visites. Station de métro proche de l'hotel. Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Beaucoup de point négatif : la literie est vieille et le lit 2 places petits. La chambre était peu pratique pour bouger, pour entrer dans la salle de bain, il fallait longer le mur, les toilettes pas sellés au sol, il bougeait, de plus la distance entre le mur et le toilette environ 20 cm pas pour les grandes jambes. Le bureau était en mauvais état, placage décollée et le mobilier tenait à peu près. Chambre non isolée phoniquement.

Pros:

The location was excellent, safe and public transport 5 min away including Heathrow express. 20 min and you are at the airport. Lots of buses and good restaurants and hotels close by. Convience stores were everywhere too.

Cons:

Hotel is nice and clean just the rooms were not very spacious. Old style compact rooms. Since you are out exploring London during the day not a bad place to sleep at nights.
