Cons:

Stairs!
I requested a first floor room due to mobility issues after seeing there weren't elevators arriving to find there were stairs to access all rooms.
Nice hotel but won't be able to stay there again.

For under $100, it was just fine. If you want the Ritzy place it will cost more.
Pros:

Just what we needed on our way home. An inexpensive room with a nice bed, shower, and television to watch the World Cup. Called ahead of time to make sure we got a bottom floor room since we had a bicycle with us.

Cons:

The bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing but it had been swept. The toilet didn't flush completely at first but the second or third flush everything went down. We notified the front desk as we left and they indicated it would be brought to the attention of the maintenance person.

Sorry I made the choice to stay. I was disappointed paying double

Cons:

Charged twice for the room. They say it was on Booking.com. But clearly was taken out once by Booking when I booked it. And, a second time by the facility. And, not as a hold temporarily. But, as a charge. Which has been unresolved. They blame Booking for it all.

Pros:

The desk clerk was helpful when asked about places to eat. When I had an issue with my TV and remote she came right away and fixed the cable TV

Cons:

Traffic was busy & I could hear it in my room. But as the night progressed there was less/no traffic noise.
