Spacious and beautiful hotel
Pros:

The hotel was far from the city. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The reception on the second floor. We took time to figure where to check in after parking the car. Inconvenience with luggage.

Pros:

陸の孤島のようで普段のことを忘れてリフレッシュできる施設。清掃員の方の挨拶や、貸自転車の方の親切な対応。

Cons:

エレベーターが来ない、特に景色の見えるエレベーター。42階朝食受付の方が宿泊者のステータスを理解せず、利用時にエクストラチャージされた、その後36階のラウンジで修正いただけた。お風呂に行くちょっとした手提げ袋があるとよい。全体的にこういったちょっとした気遣いが欠けているのは、トップマネジメントの責任かもしれないですね。

Pros:

低階層でしたが、和室の広い部屋で家族連れには良いと感じた。広さの割に安い。

Cons:

①bookingなどのサイトから予約する際にも、クラブラウンジへのアクセス権などを表記してもらった方がわかりやすい。
→今回は沖縄に行きたかったが、飛行機がマイルの有効期間切れにならないためになかなか無理矢理な旅行だったため、あまり調べず適当にホテルを予約してしまったこちらの落ち度もあるが、マリオットのプラチナ会員のため、アップグレードやラウンジアクセスは付いているのが当たり前の感覚だったため、ブランドチェンジして間もない時期には予約する際にそれが注意書などで分かりやすくして頂きたい。

②フロントでのチェックインの際に、一階のお風呂近くのブッフェで、朝、ランチを通しで食事ができることなどは伝えて欲しかった。玉子焼きがめちゃくちゃ美味いらしく、クラブラウンジでも一階ブッフェでも、それを食べずに旅行を終えたのが残念。

③ただマイルの有効期間の問題と沖縄便の予約が取れないため、また6月に宮崎には行く予定🗓️ですが、青島🏝️のANAホテルと迷い中です。
玉子焼きリベンジがしたい。

舊地重遊，數十年前的海洋巨蛋，如今已經歇業，但是飯店的部份還是維持的很好
