Conveniently located hotel with good potential, but maintenance issues and limited breakfast options
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is very well connected, with both the subway and train station within a 10-minute walk, which made it very easy to move around Lisbon. There is also a small shopping center just 5 minutes away and plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The room itself was comfortable and overall pleasant.

Cons:

For a 4-star hotel, I expected better maintenance and attention to detail. When I arrived, there were towels placed near the window, which I later understood was to absorb rainwater. During my stay, whenever it rained, water leaked into the room and the floor near the window became soaking wet. This was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this category.

Additionally, the breakfast selection was limited, and I noticed a bucket placed near the food station due to what appeared to be water leaking from the ceiling. This did not create a good first impression and affected the overall experience.
