Extremely disappointed in the way they treat their customers.

Overall, the feel of staying in an expensive luxury hotel room was nice. The quality of the furnishings could definitely use some updates

Cons:

The room was not “$333/night” standard of clean. I made the bed myself two out of the three nights stay there and the back of the mattress beneath the headboard was disgustingly dusty. The bathroom countertop had water splotched all over it and the floors did, too. I was insanely disappointed with the quality of the products used, too. The bathroom magnifying mirror was broken at the base of the neck and wobbled, the curtains were frayed, and I could go on and on. There wasn’t even a closet space or couch for the rate we paid. The parking was deceitful on their website and booking.com, claiming to have available parking on-site, but failing to provide that it is $69/night for their attached garage. As the Marriott desk clerk stated, “nothing in DC is free”. All they care about is money and it’s really sad. They swiped my card for $150 before I even walked into the room. Everything about that Marriott was disappointing.

Comfortable and spacious room, central location
Pros:

The room was comfortable and spacious. It is easily accessible by metro, centrally located but on a less busy street. The staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

Although we booked the accommodation with breakfast, the hotel did not know that we had requested (and paid for) breakfast, which was an inconvenience. Finally, upon showing the confirmation, they accepted it and we received breakfast.

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas. Recomiendo no contratar con desayuno. Lo preparan en el momento y tardan mucho. No pudimos tomarlo el último día por lo que tardaron, perdíamos nuestro tren, una vergüenza

I've stayed here twice now and would stay next time I'm in the area
Pros:

Great location, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to Connecticut Ave. The workout facility was nice.
