Cons:

Nulla. Solo alcuni suggerimenti per migliorare ancor di più: si potrebbe trasferire il phon dalla camera al bagno, prevedere dei pannelli rigidi al posto delle tende per la vasca e, ammesso che non ci fosse, un sistema di areazione sempre per il bagno.

Pros:

The staff members in this hotel are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. On the Check-out day, because our flight was in the later evening, my husband and I checked out at 1:00 pm (later check-out), stored luggage in the hotel and went to Time-Out Market. About 2-3 hours later, I suddenly remembered that I had left my necklace in the bathroom of the room when I had shower in the morning. We went back to the hotel and asked the front desk staff Sabrina. She immediately call the house keeping service staff and I was told the staff Tatiana found it. A few minutes later, Tatiana brought my necklace which was carefully wrapped in a piece of tissue. She hand the necklace to me and helped me to put on. I was deeply moved by her.
The hotel is in historical building with convenient location. The room is so clean. The bed is comfortable. It has very good breakfast serving from morning till midday. It also provides free afternoon tea from 5:00 to 9:00 with free Port wine. A bottle of Port wine is also in the room for free.
Thank you to all the stuff members in the hotel. A special thanks to Sabrina, Tatiana and José! Hopefully, I will have a chance to see you again!

Nel complesso ottimo
Pros:

La colazione eccellente (incluso il caffè, con macchina nespresso!), il tea-time gratuito tutto i giorni dalle 17 alle 21, l’accoglienza dello staff, il porto gratuito in camera e l’acqua gratuita giornaliera

Cons:

Camera umida con odore sgradevole seppur grande ed accogliente, lo scarico funzionava poco e c’era la tendenza di escrementi ed altro a risalire (camera 36), posizione lievemente dislocata dal centro seppur ben collegata con la metro.

Clean, safe, and serviced
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful and historic. It’s located in Avenida area close to high end shopping as well as a short walk to other must see Lisbon attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful. My first night a member of the staff gave me a tour of the hotel as well as showed me my room. I later had a concern about my room which was promptly addressed.
Staff was also helpful with all of my luggage when I first arrived as well as when I was departing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excelente! É o meu lugar em Lisboa.
Pros:

Hotel tradicional, em prédio estilo Art Deco em ponto nobre de Lisboa. Instalações e serviços impecáveis. O ponto alto é a atenção e cordialidade da equipe, a quem agradeço pelo carinho e acolhimento para com minha filha deficiente.
Já estive por duas oportunidades no hotel e com certeza retornarei.

All in all, I would absolutely stay here again. Lovely hotel!
Pros:

Very nice, clean hotel with very accommodating staff. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated.

Cons:

Mattress too hard for my tastes. The walls somewhat thin. I was woken up by noise from the room next door.
