I loved the style, the decor, the facilities, the thoughtful touches like free port in the room, free afternoon tea. But above all, the staff, who went above and beyond and were the friendliest, most gracious group of people I’ve ever come across in a hotel.

O café da manhã era sempre excelente. O quarto amplo e confortável. Silencioso. Localização perfeita, Gostei de tudo.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten von der nächsten Metro Station entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, hatte einen separaten Flur und ein schönes Bad mit Badewanne und Bidet. Dazu kamen im Zimmer ein Tisch mit zwei Sesseln, Fernseher, Anrichte und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Das Personal am Empfang und im Frühstücksrestaurant waren sehr zuvorkommend und von ausgesuchte Höflichkeit. Wir hatten selten einen besseren Service als dort. Da wir schon sehr früh anreisten, fragten wir nach einem frühen Check in, der uns auch problemlos ermöglicht wurde. Das Frühstück war üppig, lecker und frisch. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die Portwein Karaffe auf dem Zimmer, aus der man sich kostenlos bedienen konnte. Der angebotene Portwein schmeckte sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, das anlässlich meines Geburtstags während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel, den wir nicht erwähnt hatten, mir ein besonderer Service zu Teil wurde. Nicht nur, dass wir beim Frühstück mit einem Glas Sekt und einem Ständchen das Hotelpersonals begrüßt wurden, wir fanden dann auch am Abend nach Rückkehr ins Hotel eine Flasche Sekt mit zwei Gläsern und einem Glückwunschschreiben vor. Damit hatten wir überhaupt nicht gerechnet und waren umso erfreuter. Auch der kostenlos angebotene Nachmittagskaffee mit Tee, Kaffee und Gebäck in der Zeit von 17 bis 21:00 Uhr ist als äußerst positives Merkmal zu benennen.
Da uns auch die ganze Stadt sehr gut gefallen hatte und wir daher bestimmt noch einmal hierher zurückkehren werden, wird dieses Hotel sicherlich unsere erste Wahl sein.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage nähe Metro, sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeitende, sehr sauber.

Hoje em dia, acho que luxo é receber um serviço excepcional. E é isso que você tem nesse hotel. Os funcionários são sensacionais.

This hotel was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff, excellent rooms and delicious breakfast! It exceeded my expectations, I really loved the place and the location was perfect to get around Lisbon. I highly recommend this hotel, I felt welcomed and pampered. The free Port wine in the room and at the lounge was great!!

Very authentic art deco style. If you like a retro vibe this is for you. Right in the centre , 100m to Avenida Liberdade, at least 10 great restaurants within a 2 min walk. Great breakfast, amazingly friendly staff,free cakes and tea in the afternoon , decanter of port wine in the room, Molton brown toiletries, what it lacks in modern style is more than made up by the staff and little extras. Extreme cleanliness , old world charm. I would stay here again. Even had a free taxi to El Corte Ingles !
