Great location, great room, great food

Pros:

My 3rd stay at this wonderful hotel. Luxurious comfort, helpful, friendly staff. Great location. A hotel from the Art Deco Past living in the modern world. Beautiful.

Location great - good atmosphere and super helpful staff - rooms comfortable - breakfast first class - only slight down was there was no outside space at all being an urban hotel so that wound have been nice

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had
Pros:

I'd read many positive reviews about this hotel so I had high expectations. My actual experience exceeded those expectations. Every member of staff was extremely professional without being stiff. They really made my wife and I feel like they valued us as guests. Our room was beautiful, the building itself was gorgeous and the neighborhood was perfect for our first trip to Lisbon. I just want to say thanks again to the great staff - keep up the good work, it is appreciated!

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. All of the staff from the front door, to the reception, to the dinning areas were exceptional, really friendly, helpful and warm people. The Room was very spacious and clean. There was stocked tea / coffee station with a kettle and fridge in the room and complimentary port. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with lots of variety. And an unexpected added bonus we were offered complimentary tea and coffee with pasties in the dinning area each late afternoon. A lovely treat!

Hotelli ylitti odotuksemme. Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä. Hyvät, siistit ja hiljaiset huoneet. Kadun äänet eivät häirinneet. Sijainti lähellä luksuskauppoja. Varsinainen vanhakeskusta sekä metro- ja juna-asema kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellissa oli oma erityinen tunnelma - tuulahdus menneisyydestä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Iltapäivä tee loi oman pienen lisän hyvälle hotellille.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great room.
Pros:

The staff was very attentive and helpful and so so friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast had many offerings and was delicious. The library is warm and welcoming and having port available whenever we wanted was most generous.

Cons:

The elevator, quaint that it is, is small and slow. There was nothing else I disliked.
