Our second stay in a Junior Suite . ...same professional staff some who have been there many years .
Excellent hotel with superb breakfast .... Art Deco interior and comfortable well appointed bedrooms . Afternoon cakes and coffee served every afternoon in the salon with lovely sofas , books and a relaxing atmosphere .
Bus and Metro nearby .just off Liberdae

Can highly recommend the Anti Dantas restaurant 3 minutes walk from the hotel .
Superb fish and every thing else ..definitely not a tourist trap...average cost for 1 starter to share ...2 main courses ,2 glasses of wine, 1 water ..64 euros !!! Superb .

Advise to book ...look for the door with the buttons !

We recently stayed at Hotel Britania in Lisbon and honestly could not have been happier with our experience. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located within easy walking distance of the city’s shops, restaurants, bars, and major tourist attractions.
However, what truly made our trip so memorable was the fabulous staff. Every single member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they made us feel relaxed and completely at home from the moment we arrived.
Their kindness and attention to detail genuinely elevated the entire experience and played a huge part in making our Lisbon trip so enjoyable.
We would highly recommend Hotel Britania to anyone visiting Lisbon and we will most definitely be returning.
Thank you once again to the whole team for such a wonderful stay.

Hotel Britania is truly a gem! Perfectly centrally located, it’s within walking distance of excellent shopping, wonderful restaurants, and many of Portugal’s must-see attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

The hotel itself is charming, elegant, and full of character. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Portugal.

De tudo. O pessoal é fantástico, o quarto maravilhoso, espaçoso, confortável e luxuoso. 9 café da manhã é excelente e ainda temos direito a um chá no final da tarde.

Alles! Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, fantastische bedden, nog nooit zo een schone kamer gezien en wij gaan vaak op reis in verschillende hotels. Ontbijt keurig en lekker! Zelfs gratis portwijn in de bar en op de kamer! Wij hebben een paar dagen getwijfeld maar zijn heel blij dat we dit hotel hebben gekozen. Ik raad het iedereen aan!
