Great base for a city break in Lisbon
Pros:

Location , service , amenities and the staff who couldn’t do enough.

Cons:

Next to a building renovation so was a bit noisy from drilling. Not the hotels fault but wasn’t as quiet as hoped.

Pros:

Quirky elegant hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Staff amazing and a proper Portuguese history lesson in itself. Bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Slept amazingly well. Free upgrade and free late check out were a bonus that will make us think twice about going anywhere else! Thank you!!

Everything about this hotel from the warm welcome to top class service.Location is spot on.just less than 10min walk for hop on /off bus.one direction to fab shopping area which is around the corner.This hotel will be my go to when I visit next year to see the rest of this amazing city..Cannot recommend this hotel enough.You got to experience it fantastic value for money.

Exceptional stay highly recommended
Pros:

Great location. Staff exceptional. So helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. Coffee/tea and cake served each evening. A lovely touch. Welcome drink on arrival. Room was great size. Charging block by each bed which was super. Thank you all so much for making our stay so lovely.

Heerlijk hotel voor citytrip Lissabon
Pros:

Mooi hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Heel leuk dat je bij aankomst meteen een glaasje port aangeboden krijgt. De art-deco sfeer is mooi doorgetrokken. Ontbijt ook goed. Het hotel is rustig gelegen, maar vlakbij de Av de Liberdade met veel (chique) winkels. Je loopt in 25 minuten naar de meer toeristische wijken. Of 5 minuten met de Uber. In de buurt zijn ook leuke restaurants.

Back to a past era of service and comfort
Pros:

Arriving at this hotel was so good - the staff were really friendly, super helpful and attentive. The location is great for travellers - good metro line connections from the airport and to the mainline railway station. We were either in walking distance or a short metro ride away from key attractions.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade - huge bed and plenty of room. The breakfast was included and it offered a good range of cereals, fruit, yoghurt as well as breads and hot foods.
